If I could zero star them I would. The people who work here are some of the laziest I've ever met. Got a curbside? It'll either be wrong or missing items, and that's if you don't have to go in to get it yourself. 20 minutes after waiting for the order to show, we decided to go get it. Only to see most of the employees standing at the coffee bar talking, and giggling like the useless children they are, oh this included the MOD. Meanwhile the 2 employees that were working, were so far buried they couldn't move. Do better wawa. Or hire some real managers that actually care about customer service. Pathetic.

Get the guy that is in the kitchen out of there. He is very slow and is more focused on talking to his co-workers than actually working. Holds up everyone on their lunch breaks.

I placed an order online My husband went to go pick it up. He gave them my name that wasn't enough he gave them the order number they still couldn't find it So finally I called up there to figure out what happened to my order and they're like oh it was sitting on the rack they could have just told my husband that instead they said they didn't have it needless to stay I never got my order I didn't figure this out to an hour after he was supposed to pick it up I don't want cold food at that point y'all can keep it and just give me my money back. I always have issues on the mobile app Don't ever use the mobile app it's garbage and none of the employees know how to work and none of the employees can give you any instructions if there's problems with the mobile app I would advise anybody not to use it if you want to place an order you need to go in and let them see you face to face because anything outside of that it's too complicated for them and they're too busy to help you appropriately

I stop here EVERY fri for my breakfast burrito…..never had bad food, and the best part is that I can sit at a table and eat it….SHOUT OUT to Jennifer who seems to always make my food.

Just want to give a huge shot out to the General manager Terrance. made a curbside order. Ended up having to go into the store to get the order , which they said was picked up by a friend of mine. Which I assumed it was my coworker. I spent my whole lunch break trying to get the food. heading back to the hospital The employee who ordered with me in fact, did not pick up the food. I called right away and Terrence squared it away. Not only did he remake the order but delivered it to the hospital!! Great service recovery thank you so much

I was in this store to pay cash for fuel. As I waited in line, a man was standing at the closed register chatting with the store manager. This man turns around and begins patronizing me about my smile, my religion, and more about how I look and my smile. I was clearly uncomfortable, tried hard not to engage with the man, but he kept on. I could not leave fast enough, only cry while I pumped my fuel. How does a store manager stand there and watch a loitering customer harass other customers in his line like that? We were all two feet from each other. I guess Wawa is employing creepy old men to stand in line and ask girls to smile for him.

Omg dont bother coming here! No one in manager role here..
The 25 year old that i was told was the mgr, in a baseball cap, ratted hair, looked like he just rolled out of bed couldnt explain why they made me stand in the lobby for 20 for hashbrowns, while the hot sandwiches sat on the counter! When i asked mr personality instead of an apology asked if i wanted a refund! Omg the food was terrible! First and last time here, spare yourself!

I really like WaWa. WaWa means Canadian Goose.They have good food made to order, yummy coffee selection. Bonus points for spending money there, and earn free stuff. Staff is friendly. Nice walk-in beer cooler, well stocked. Gas runs good. Cold drinks are cold.
