NO STARS! This company is a digital Bank Robber. They provide a service then get their hands in your bank account and after you move or discontinue the service they won't let go of your payment and keep charging you, won't return your payment or turn it over to collections for discontinued service you cancelled months ago. You can call and cancel and they'll tell you it's all cancelled then bill you for months afterword. And there's no resource to dispute, they won't answer their 888# phone, their chat cant process the credit and says it will connect you to a live person which then says "no one is available call the 888#" An endless loop. STAY AWAY

Quick service. Though they are way overpriced. I just went to internet with my own router/modem. Still $100 a month. Crazy how they have a strong hold on everyone.

Tried to get in contact with an agent during an outage about our account. Can’t get in contact bc the robot on the phone can’t connect to them during the outage and the only thing I can do is wait for the outage to be fixed. The outage isn’t even my problem.

I had a huge problem with my cell phone. Had called customer service three times and was told that there was nothing wrong. After four months of dealing with the problem my husband suggested going into the store. A little bit of a wait but not more than ten minutes. When it was our turn I explained the problem, he took my phone and fixed it in less than a minute. He listened to me explain the problem and just fixed it. It was great. I would definitely go back with any other problem.

We had to swap a TV box from a hardwired one to a wireless one and the man at the front got us in and out in less than 5 minutes. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.

Please do not reply with the "Thank you for taking the time blah blah blah" that you use on each review. I know they will.This ordeal started on August 5th. The cable needed to be replaced from across the street. They came out once to run the cable and claimed the were refused access to the gated community (they didn't use the directory) They put flags in the yard twice. they sent installers out 3 times but never ran the cable.10 years ago I fired Comcast because they lied to me continuously. They changed their name to Xfinity and today September 11th I fired them again because they can't seem to get their story strait or the cable installed. This company is worthless.

This company has the most horrible tech support service out of any service provider I have ever used. After spending time with multiple techs and hours on hold they still couldn't resolve the issue so they sent out a tech. Then they charged $100. Then after hours more on hold and speaking with non helpful people the refused to credit the charge back. My hatred and frustration for Xfinity is absolutely real. They are horrible. The only reason there's one star is this wouldn't let me post with 0 stars.

My Customer Service rating would be negative 10,000 STARS if I could leave that. The people at the store are wonderful. Problem is no way to call them direct and Xfinity customer service lines are IMPOSSIBLE TO USE rendering my rating at -10,000 stars. Service SUCKS, awful and useless. I have to drive 15 miles to get any real help. I finally got through to someone in sales who offered 0 empathy and simply angrily told me that I wouldn't let him speak as he told me to use the app, I was on the app and what I needed was not available on the app. TOTAL NIGHTMARE

Except for in store, Xfinity/Comcast DOES NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They are hidden away by an infinite loop of BS and no matter what you dial, what you press, they are virtually unreachable. The mobile phone monthly prices are great so I am staying with them but if I could I would based on their having 0 customer service leave. I must now drive 15 miles just to get a SIMPLE QUESTION answered in any way, satisfactory or otherwise. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL.

It started out not soo good. I get it, everyone is busy... but you shouldn't ignore customers coming in the door. Thank you! Thank you to the gentleman who was sitting at the desk in the back on the right-hand side when you walk through the door. He actually excused himself from the client he was helping and approached me and took down my name to check me in. Thank you, kind sir, for doing that! I appreciate you!

We upgraded our service and the company signed us up for auto pay that we did not request. They over drafted our bank. They were supposed to refund the money and then refused the refund. Called back to have their customer service argue about the whole situation. Please consider not using this company if you can. What they did was fraud and theft. This is not how you treat customers.

It is very difficult for me to type on a keyboard and especially on a phone. I got a text message about needing new boxes. What phone number can I call to get more information ?
