The best customer service. As soon as I walked in, someone came up to me and asked if I needed help and brought me right over to the anode rod I needed for my water heater. The place is also well organized and VERY clean. I didn't have a lot of time, so I didn't get to look around much, but they have a lot of great brands like Stihl. I live in Davenport and its worth the 10 mile drive.

Ordering online for pickup is quick and efficient—I received confirmation within minutes that my order was ready. The staff is consistently courteous and helpful, which makes the experience pleasant. One thing to note is the clearance section, as the return policy is strict and doesn’t allow returns, even for defective items, so it’s best to inspect those purchases carefully. Overall, it’s a reliable and convenient store with great service.

Good selection, prices are higher than big box stores but saving a trip further into the city, there would be some savings for the most part. Just be careful with buying clearance items as their return policy prohibits returns especially if the item are defective.

Friendly service and good selection of products. But since Ace's are generally small stores, you don't get a wide selection of items as you would from Lowes or Home Depot

Cancelled my online order over "using multiple promo codes for one order". However if you see attached, only one promo was used. Despite numerous attempts to return my money and return the promo code, store is actively blocking my calls and emails.

Awesome service!!! Mathew went above the call of duty helping us find exactly what we were looking for. Not too many places left where you can walk in and someone immediately asks you if they can help you! That’s exactly what Mathew did! My wife comes here regularly instead of Home Depot because of the service she receives here! Thanks again!
