“This mattress firm is way superior to the one in front (the one in Posner besides the five guys and chipotle) honestly, I first visited the mattress firm that is besides 5guys and I knew that it could be maybe expensive as this is my first time buying my own mattress and I wanted something comfy and affordable. I go inside with my mom and there is only one employee sitting on his computer we say hi and he greets on the distance and asks us what we are looking for, I told him I wanted a Full mattress and I wanted it to be soft… he asked me for my price range and I said up to $300 ( I was willing to go over for the right mattress but I wanted to see what options he would give me) he said “there is only one” showed me the option… it was firm, not very soft and it was about $450 i honestly did not like it much so I looked for others and he said “nah these are too expensive” and then i realized he was only going to show me that one and that’s it… I said thank you and he told me “good luck” kind of sarcastically, then my mom said “thank you for your help” and he said “Bye” adiós and then he said bye like 3 more times… very entitled. We went to the store in front the one in Davenport Posner besides Davenport ale house and dicks… there were two employees both said hi to us, one of them started to attend me and my mom he asked my preferences including my price range and right away stared offering me different options. He explained the differences between the mattresses, he switched the mattresses for me to try them, he included my mom in the conversation and was always attentive and kind, never judged me for my price range! Then another client came by and he asked me for permission to assist him while I decided so of course I said yes, and kept looking at my options. I was in between two and I found one I really liked and it was about $450 and the other was about $330 so I laid down some more minutes and decided that I was gonna spend more because I like the one for $450. The gentleman/salesman (Oelmin, that’s his name) finished his sale then dedicated his time to me and my mom, explained me financial options and even when I didn’t use them it was very kind (note: this is the same company and the other salesman NEVER mentioned this option). Finally this gentleman offered to ship it to my house for free or help me get it to my car which I chose, even when the store was about to close he helped me get the mattress to my car and remained super kind and helpful. His name was oelmin! Great service! I hope there were more like him in other stores.”

I have associated and/or worked with individuals from all walks of life; I know whether an individual is sincere or not. Our salesman, Paul Dalton genuinely cared that I got the right mattress for our Winter getaway. He tried every available option. It was not about what I could afford but what worked best for my needs. The product speaks for itself but I will send my friends and neighbors to this store because of Paul.”

“Arrived at Brook’s furniture with the intention of looking at available recliners. Talked with Cindy Cassel about what we wanted and she was extremely helpful in understanding our need. She showed us several different ones to consider until finally hitting the jackpot of 4 different ones that were exactly what we were looking for. After my husband and I decided on the one that would fit our needs best, Cindy helped us with the process of purchasing. We have shopped at Brook’s furniture in the past and actually purchased a lift chair back in 1999 that have finally seen its last days. We really like that Brook’s is a family owned business and are always happy with the customer service.”
