The Renaissance Orlando Resort and Spa offers a convenient location close to Disney Springs and the parks, with a bus shuttle service available. The lobby is attractive and the staff, particularly at the front desk, are frequently described as friendly, helpful, welcoming, and providing a warm welcome. Many guests found the rooms to be clean, quiet, nice, spacious, and larger than expected. The onsite restaurants and options for food and drinks were satisfying and very good for some. However, experiences with housekeeping were inconsistent and disappointing for some, with reports of dirty floors, a bad smell in the room, poor cleaning, and forgotten essentials like toilet paper and towels. An issue with a tub drain was also mentioned. While the shuttle service is mostly okay, it does not accommodate early park entry. Overall, it is considered a very nice place with a great location, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and consistent service.

I recently stayed in the Renaissance for a week long conference. We were treated exceptionally well by staff and supervisors. The restaurant was great! I would definitely return to stay again.

What an awesome day at this great hotel. I eas feeted like a king. Birthday cak and champain brought to our room and Mickey Mouse waffled after breakfast. What a great experience.
