Amazing place and the best compliment to a Disney Vacation. When we went to pick up our pooch she was prancing happily with the handler even before she saw us which means she was relaxed and enjoying herself during her stay.

Be very careful the food you portion out, they don’t feed your pets the full amount you portion for them.

we have two senior dogs (one has kidney disease and the other cancer) who require medicine and special feeding, which we do at home ourselves. we have an upcoming trip and called to book accommodations for our dogs. we explained the situation and that my husband and i would come a few times a day to administer the meds and do feeding. the person on the phone said they have no vet on staff. i explained that we do all the care for our dogs and it’s not done by a vet. i also said we’d be willing to sign a waiver not holding the facility responsible should anything happen. our dogs would not participate in any group play, etc. she insisted they could not accommodate our senior dogs. she could not provide anything showing their rules that prohibited this.i found this very disappointing. these are smaller dogs and are our babies. they travel well and still enjoy life. they are up to date on vaccines. other than booking accommodations and allowing us to provide medication and feeding a couple times a day, we were not asking the facility staff to do anything above and beyond that would take away from other guests. i understand there are rules but it’s still disappointing.just know that this facility cannot accommodate elderly pets that may require additional care from their owners.

Our small dog had a great time here. We aren't sure if we would get him late at night or wait to the next morning. They allowed pickups until 2am! Camera was great and we could see the dogs playing and the workers interacting with the dogs.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I booked a full grooming for my pomeranian for when I arrived in Orlando from my flight since I was not going to have a hotel room ready yet and I was planning to take my daughter to magic kingdom. When we arrived the groomer took my dog inside and short after comes out with him saying that she was not going to be able to cut his fur because her brush wouldn’t go through his hair. WHAT?!? So she wanted to shave him instead of cutting with scissors. It was one absurd explanation after another. At the end they even said that they wouldn’t be able to not even bathe him because they would not be able to fully dry his fur. It was really the most absurd things I’ve ever heard from a groomer. If you can’t groom a pomeranian, don’t book the appointment in the first place. My dog is 10 years old and I’ve been taking him to the best dog spas around the world since he is a puppy and travels with me. He is very very well taken care of.So after all the issue with the grooming I considered leaving him for the afternoon so I could still take my daughter to the park and pick him up right after (which would be my first time ever leaving him for a day care). I asked to go inside to see where he would stay and I am so glad that I did because it was awful.They would put him in a crate! One little crate on top of the other in a long corridor. Super loud full of dogs barking and the smell. I felt so bad for the dogs staying there in those crates. I know that my dog would have been terrified to be in those crates.It turned out I had to change my entire Disney plan for the day, which I was planning for so long with my family (that includes my dog being there with us).But on the other hand I am so happy that I didn’t leave him in that place. I just wish I have chosen another place to take him for his grooming in the first place.I thought that this would be a great please since is the only one Disney advertises it on their website and as a “resort for pets”. Disney needs to do much better in terms of choosing a place for our babies!!Awful place and awful experience.

The staff were friendly, kind, and courteous! I was able to see where our kitties would live during their stay. Great experience all around.

I and my furry friend had such a great experience at the best friends pet hotel. She's been very active lately, has gotten better eating habits, and was just happy from being there! They helped us with all of our requests, and everyone was super friendly and caring to our doggy.

Thank you so much for taking such good care of my 3,pups!!!!!!!This was the first time that I’ve left them and it was such a wonderful experience. Every staff member was beyond understanding and extremely friendly. Made me feel very comfortable . They fed the girls exactly per directions each one has strict dietary needs and the staff member insured every morning to take specific notes for each dog! They even brushed out my long haired yorkie after her walks. Their visit was magical for us but especially our pups. The pups were eager to go every morning and were so happy when we picked them up and we got updates on their walks and meals and how they did during their stay. Thank you all. You are all beyond awesome!!! 5 +++++stars.

Left our doggy here for 3 days while we went to the parks. It was nice knowing that he was close by if he needed us. Also, because they open one hour before and one hour after the parks we could drop him off and pick up that day and not have to drop off the day before and pick up day after costing us 2 extra days of boarding.

We have used the Best Friends Pet Hotel twice and have been extremely happy with the service provided. We have an anxious cat, but she was well looked after and has returned home happy and content. We will definitely use the service again
