Excellent location, just 15 minutes away from Hollywood Studios and EPCOT, both via Skyliner, and also 20 mins away by bus from Disney Spring shopping experience. It has one themed pool, usually somewhat crowded, but also each island has its own quiet pool, which is what we enjoyed the most.As with any Disney experience, the service, and and all cast members (employees) are very friendly and helpful. The only down side is the size of the bathroom, a bit smaller than normal hotels, but there is a division between the sinks and the toilette/shower area.

The rooms are a good size and have all the amenities you could desire, it eas comfortable and we had a good stay, I will say though that Housekeeping easnt thorough, and never cleaned behind doors or swept up very well, definitely missing some attention to detailRooms: It's a good size with space for your luggage under the beds and places to store your clothes, we asked for 20 hangers and they brought them no problem.Nearby activities: It's got great transport links to all the Disney parks and its very quick, the double skyliner is a real bonusSafety: I felt very safe here, and the doors have a second lock on the topWalkability: Everywhere is easy access walking, with very well maintained foothpathsFood & drinks: The food and drink here are decent enough, it's a quick service so nothing fancy but good for breakfast or a snack

I was really apprehensive after reading reviews and seeing reels on this place. But i ended up loving the atmosphere of this resort. It is a very large resort. There is an internal shuttle bus that can take you around and to the skyliner hub, so don't let the size of the resort overwhelm you. We've been trying out various disney resorts every 2 months, and by far, their quick service has been the best! Not just the basic burger, chicken fingers and fries. They have jerk chicken which was an absolute favorite and go to. They serve several Caribbean dishes and all of them were so good.As far as service, i loved the vibes of the CMs here, they were always so warm and welcoming, no matter what time of day.The rooms were basic, not really big on theming. Very subtle. Pretty much the only mickey was on the fold out Murphy bed. But you can request to Trinidad if you're hoping for a themed room. They renovated to little mermaid theme.Note that there are no elevators, since the buildings are only 2 stories. so request a 1st floor if that could be a problem.HUGE Benefit of this resort is that the transfer station is located here, so you just jump on directly on the Hollywood studios or epcot skyliner without having to transfer. If you're building is Aruba or Barbados you can also walk onto the Riviera skyliner for easier access.

We were in a preferred room and super close to everything. Old Port Royal has everything you would need and the pools are great, my boys loved them. The staff is terrific and so very friendly. There is not enough good I can say about this place. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The skylines to both epcot and Hollywood studios is a HUGE bonus!!

Amazing place to stay. The rooms are so clean and comfortable. Our family of four fits great in a room. Sure it’s a little spread out, but there are well lit paths or a bus that will take you around. Being on the Skyliner means it’s easy access to Hollywood Studios, Epcot and the Boardwalk. It’s great having a pool in each area too. We have stayed here twice and will keep coming back.

Rooms are nice. Two queens and a small bed. But the main reason I wouldn’t stay anywhere else is the easy access to the skyliner, which drops you right off at the entrances of both Hollywood Studios and Epcot. Food is maybe a B- but always easy using the mobile app.

Probably my favorite hotel in Disney property. It's a large resort with 6 pools and a great track fire walking it jogging throughout the different "islands". The rooms are adequate, similar to other Disney moderate resorts. The large pool has 2 slides and has a walk-in entrance available. It also has a designated water area for small children to play. The landscaping is beautiful and there is a special hidden area for kids to play and fir adults to sit and relax.

I went with my 3 children last week and the castle pool was not available, they would have to return part of the money because we could not enjoy the best of the hotel for the children

We were disappointed with our experience. I thought there would be more to do for our children (11, 8, & 5 yo), but there wasn’t much. The food was below average, Sebastian’s restaurant was not worth reserving, and the rest of the food on the property was fast food quality and overpriced.
