Terrible customer service. All of the employees were congregating near the registers and having personal conversations while I was shopping. None of them acknowledged me or my family the entire time we were there.

Shopped here on Friday, went back for more shopping Sunday. The customer service from Sloan was nothing short of incredible, something that’s always been difficult for me to get in a store!! Thank you!!

Very good in store experience. I usually make all my transactions online but figured I would go in to exchange a few items. All the employees were very pleasant and attentive. Kimberly, who I believe was a manager was so kind and knowledgeable. She explained the different compression levels and styles of the leggings they had in stock. I wear them for indoor cycling and was looking for styles that had pockets. There were a couple other young ladies working as well. The one that actually processed my exchange, I think her name was Gaby but I might be wrong. I believe she was wearing glasses, she was very nice as well. All the ladies were very pleasant and my transaction went smoothly. I will say, the previous negative reviews had me a little apprehensive to visit the store but I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely visit this store again without hesitation.

Awesome clothes and great prices too but the service was even better! Brianna helped us with everything and was so patient, kind, and friendly! We had a big order and Natalie went out of her way to help Brianna and us as well. They are both amazing!!!

Worst customer service ever. They don't know how to treat customers. No one helped us, there were two ladies (employees) just talking and not even asked us if we needed something. I think because we were Hispanic. I noticed they promptly helped two other white American ppl. Worst experience ever in this store, very racist.Usually we buy a lot from this brand. But we will never give business to this store in the future.Not even deserve one start. Not recommending this store at all.

Most unprofessional staff I’ve seen. When I walked into the store. The greater was on her phone scrolling through instagram while eating crackers out of her fanny pack. Proceeded to say welcome to my group with a mouth full of food and not even looking up from her phone. I was shocked at how unprofessional the store was run.

Sketchy business practices! Have you sign up for VIP membership for a in-store deal. You'll think VIP is just a rewards program and no one tells you that you'll be billed. You don't enter billing info during sign up. You show a QR code to the counter and they associate the credit card purchase with your account to bill you $60+ a month!!

Wade and Kimberley were so helpful today and made my dream of finding a pair of seamless leggings in my size finally come true! Wade did not hesitate to check for different sizes in the back and every employee was very attentive and friendly. Kimberley was very helpful while checking out and took the time to go over all my payment options with me. Great experience!

Incredible condition in this store! A child is jumping around in one cubicle the whole time while the other changing rooms are occupied, 5 employees are staring at their cell phones without making any move to help you! Rarely have I experienced such poor service in the USA as here! If you don't want to sell anything, this is exactly the right strategy! Never again!!!
