Worst customer service ever. They don't know how to treat customers. No one helped us, there were two ladies (employees) just talking and not even asked us if we needed something. I think because we were Hispanic. I noticed they promptly helped two other white American ppl. Worst experience ever in this store, very racist.Usually we buy a lot from this brand. But we will never give business to this store in the future.Not even deserve one start. Not recommending this store at all.

Most unprofessional staff I’ve seen. When I walked into the store. The greater was on her phone scrolling through instagram while eating crackers out of her fanny pack. Proceeded to say welcome to my group with a mouth full of food and not even looking up from her phone. I was shocked at how unprofessional the store was run.

Sketchy business practices! Have you sign up for VIP membership for a in-store deal. You'll think VIP is just a rewards program and no one tells you that you'll be billed. You don't enter billing info during sign up. You show a QR code to the counter and they associate the credit card purchase with your account to bill you $60+ a month!!

Wade and Kimberley were so helpful today and made my dream of finding a pair of seamless leggings in my size finally come true! Wade did not hesitate to check for different sizes in the back and every employee was very attentive and friendly. Kimberley was very helpful while checking out and took the time to go over all my payment options with me. Great experience!

I love the clothes, but they say they carry up to 4X in store and there wasn’t one thing in the store that was 4X. Not one. The employees tried very hard to help me find something and I am appreciative of them. They are great at their job.

Love fabletics! The staff is really kind and always willing to help. The selection is also really fun! Their oasis leggings are a staple to have. Their staff went out of their way to answer all my questions throughly.

I see that this particular location has some very poor reviews. Once again we stopped in because this place sells some clothing that my one kid can wear. They like to go to the stores to check things out and try them on but they usually end up making their purchases online where they tend to get better deals. I find their prices to be quite expensive and apparently they have some type of a program where you spend a large amount of money up front to then save on purchases over a period of time. If you buy a lot of merchandise it can be worthwhile but my understanding is some of their locations have had some less than proper business practices with signing people up without telling them in advance. I hope that at Disney this type of thing does not happen but once again they also had fairly poor reviews. One gentleman working the counter in the store spent the entire time we were there just chatting with two women who were clearly customers. I was truly not impressed.

Sales assistants were rude, didn't acknowledge that customers were in the store. They stood in the middle of stands chatting so unable to look at stock. Glad I didn't purchase anything after reading other reviews

Beware of this sketchy store! My 17 year old brother and his friends went to this store as the store was having Cast Member Appreciation Days and the employee at the register took advantage of them. First, they told them that they couldn’t get any discount unless they sign up for the VIP membership, which the Disney Hub doesn’t mention anything about it; and my brother and his friends are Disney employees. Second, they can’t pay with cash, Disney Matra nor Apple Pay, because they want to keep your card in the system to charge you, which is the most important thing they failed to mention! You will get charged $60 for this membership! If they take advantage of teenagers and Disney employees, I can’t imagine how bad it is for out of town folks especially with how difficult is to cancel a membership. They don’t send you an email confirming your membership and the only way to cancel is by calling customer service, which is worse I have ever experienced as I try to help my brother and his friends.

DOT NOT SIGN UP FOR VIP. They pull money out of your account early with no explanation and offer no help. They make it impossible to skip a month. If you cancel VIP they take the credits that you already paid for. Scammed me for $130

I had a terrible customer service experience with Fabletics on June 11th. The lady with a pink shirt was unhelpful and had a bad attitude. She seemed disinterested, impatient, and dismissive of my inquiries. Her rudeness led me to abandon my purchase and question my loyalty to Fabletics. I hope Fabletics takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service standards. Potential customers should be cautious when dealing with Fabletics' customer service, particularly with the lady in the pink shirt.
