“Incredible experience! Andrea was so kind, knowledgeable, and fun. We had no idea mead could taste THIS GOOD, and the backstory behind each carefully crafted concoction made us fall more and more in love with this sweet nectar of the Gods. Big thank you to Andrea and the entire Savannah Bee Company crew for making our visit so special and memorable!”

“Wilderness Lodge Mercantile is the one and only gift shop at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort. It’s not a very large shop, but it’s probably THE best themed gift shop on any resort property. Look around- there’s Native American decor and memorabilia on shelves close to the ceiling and hanging on walls. There’s a cozy fire burning toward the back I would enjoy in my own living room. The Merchatile sells DVC merch and all the usually Disney gifts and souvenirs, plus large assortment of shirts, jewelry, kids toys and accessories. They have food items in the way back just in case you need a snack. You’ll see Wilderness Lodge themed items for sale here that you don’t see other places, and it’s all cute. This gift shop is a must do for sure.”

“First Order Cargo is packed with First Order propaganda style merch that is fun to browse, even if you are just there to look. There is a good mix of playful items and genuinely cool pieces, and the theming leans fully into the authoritarian aesthetic in a way that feels intentional and entertaining. It is an easy stop that adds personality to the land beyond just rides.”

“Thank you a million times over to Lourdes whom helped me with my nephew. I’m simply over the moon and I can not begin to express my gratitude. Today, him and I felt the Disney magic. ?”

“One of my favorite store at Magic Kingdom! Haunted Mansion is my favorite ride so this store is a dream come true for me. It is quite small but you can find so many things from home decor, apparel, pins, arts and more. The staff is also very kind and friendly!”

“BouTiki, a super adorable name for a gift shop, is literally a Disney boutique store with a bunch of Polynesian inspired Tikis. This is one of the best gift shops on Disney property, even if you can’t afford everything in here. It’s located on the first floor of the Polynesian Resort’s “Great Ceremonial House,” which means in the main building right off the lobby. This gift shop has some of the typical Disney gift merch- ears, pins, and Disney-theme clothes. But they also have high end souvenirs like jewelry and handbags, plus designer brand resort wear for men and women. Those items don’t come cheap but they are good quality. It’s a great gift shop to look around in, where the staff is always friendly.”

“La Boutique is a cheerful shop just off the main lobby - near Le Petit Cafe. During our recent stay at Christmas time, the shop did not have two items - skim milk (we purchased 2% instead) and a wine bottle stopper (we purchased in Zawadi Marketplace at Jambo House).

Calypso Trading Post is a larger shop which is a 10-15 minute walk and located off the main lobby - near Centertown Market (large food court) at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.

While La Boutique has a smaller selection of food, clothing, personal items, and merchandise than at other DVC resort shops in WDW, Disney’s Riviera Resort is also the smallest stand-alone DVC resort at WDW.

The World of Disney store at Disney Springs has a VERY large selection of Disney apparel and merchandise and is located near Amorette’s Patisserie, Starbucks (walk up), and the Ghirardelli Chocolate Shop.”

“Best customer service ever. Cassie from Brazil remembered my daughter's name even without her pin, acknowledging her, and made our trip so special. So much so that my other daughter wants to stay here again with hopes to see her and make this a regular occurrence”

“If you are looking for a different cookie, make your trip here. They have a large sugar cookie decorated like pineapple so good that when I made a girls trip, my son only requested this to bring back( don’t worry he got other souveniers too). There is also a large sugar cookie with churro cinnamon topping and the werthers butter bar- with less line than the Epcot Germany location.”

“This is a fun store and the place you want to visit if you're looking for Star Wars animal toys. Keep in mind a lot of these toys can also be found at the Star Wars Trading Post in Disney Springs, but some are unique and only found here.”

“Emporium at the Main Street is the best Disney souvenir shop in the entire Disney World properties. The shop at Disney Spring might be bigger, but it seems Emporium has that flagship store vibe. It’s very conveniently located at the entrance/exit of the park, so you can make the purchase as you exit the park. They open after the official park closing time, fyi.”

“It’s been a busy month since coming home from vacation, so this post is just shy of a month late — sorry, Chelle! But here it goes.

I don’t usually write Google reviews, but Chelle absolutely deserves one.

I was visiting and had my heart set on a specific sweater that was completely sold out — except for the one on the mannequin. Knowing I likely wouldn’t be back anytime soon, I asked around to see if there was any chance of getting it. Most responses were polite but along the lines of “if it’s not on the shelf, it’s not available,” which was understandably disappointing.

As I was leaving, Chelle greeted me with the biggest smile and asked about my day. I mentioned the sweater and she immediately sprang into action — making calls, checking with other staff, and exploring every possible option. Even when it seemed like there was nothing she could do, she sincerely apologized and wished me well.

Then came the Disney magic moment.

While I was browsing at another store, Chelle literally ran (in the cold, without a jacket!) to find me because she had searched the back storage and found ONE sweater — slightly oversized, but she wanted to make sure I had the chance to say yes before putting it back. Of course I said yes! I got the sweater I loved and will cherish it forever.

Chelle, you showed me exactly what Disney magic and next-level customer service are all about. As someone who leads a sales team myself, I can honestly say — you rock. You turned a small disappointment into a moment I’ll never forget.

I truly hope Disney recognizes you for the care, initiative, and heart you bring to your role. Thank you for making my visit magical. ✨”

“Great little Disney store! You may find some items here that are not at the other Disney store, World of Disney. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cool place to shop!”

“They have a variety of cute little souvenirs and a little section of over-the-counter products. I thought the Christmas items were very cute and I ended up getting a pair of ears that is sold at Magic Kingdom and online. They also have some Disney vacation club exclusive items which was really cute.”

“A great area to walk around and see some of the dancers/musicians in the streets. Be aware that this area is flooded with people in the middle of the day because there is so much to see and do! There is a fun area nearby for kids to play drums, and there is a button/pin shop nextdoor for kids to get their "this is my first time" buttons. Make sure they wear them all visit, because cast members will make sure to mention it to your kiddos!”

“The M. Mouse Mercantile, on the second floor of the Grand Floridian Hotel, is quaint and attractive. They have a good size variety of Disney gifts, toys, clothing and other memorabilia. The staff are friendly but not overly helpful. An interesting place to stop and look around.”

“Despite me seeing this place before, I enjoyed it very quiet too especially late at night so just something to keep in mind if you have guests who struggle with loud audio and need a break from the noise.”

“So magical and beautiful ?! I loved this gift store and wish I could’ve bought so many things!! It’s so cool seeing others that love this franchise getting excited about the ride and shop. The store is pretty spacious and busy with shoppers.”

“If you're into Disney pin trading, then this is arguably the best place to go in Magic Kingdom Park. A very good selection of Disney pins, along with a little non-pin Disney merchandise.”

“Gateway Gifts - Epcot is a shop located in World Celebration at Epcot. It's right next to Spaceship Earth ride. Inside the store, you'll find apparel, accessories, gifts, housewares, mickey ears, plush, toys, and pins! This shop also features ear hat embroidery services and package pickup services! Annual passholder discounts do apply at this store! My family and I ended up stopping into this store looking for Pins! It was well organized and had lots of inventory. It wasn't as busy as some of the other stores in Epcot! This is a great place to stop at if you're on the way out of the Epcot theme park and you wanted to get a last-minute souvenir!”

“This is a great place, I have always purchased from here, but recently I had a bad experience with a lady in the store, I stood quiet because I’m not the type of person who will argue mostly at Disney, but she said some racist things about my group, she called us cheap just because we mentioned we were just looking. Then she spoke in Italian to others complaining about us, then mentioned “cheap Spanish come to look here” at that point I felt uncomfortable, I think this CM are there to help! Not to judge who goes there. I hope she finds her self she looks very unhappy. ? I just wish my experience at the store would have been better.”

“Cute little gift shop with a bunch of yeti-themed items, perfect for after riding Expedition Everest. I bought a Convertible Yeti Blanket which is super soft. I needed to have it shipped somewhere and the employees were very helpful about it. All you have to do is pay for shipping costs, which isn’t much and allows you to not have to walk around with it all day.”

“Loved this place. The only thing I wish they would do is have more sizes in the back. This is the only place you can buy it outside of Disney Springs. So if you see your size hold onto it because once it's gone it's gone until whenever they restock. I went to Florida for my honeymoon so I ended up getting a jedi outfit even tho I wanted the sith but I wasn't leaving empty handed. The quality of the products are very good quality. They just need more of it.”
