Noteworthy details: Disney springs is a 5 min walk using Skywalk. So dining was never an issue.

The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to Disney Springs. The instant I got off the elevator on the 4th floor I knew I had made a mistake booking a room here. The smell of mold was so strong in the hallway and continued into our room. When I opened the door to our room it was dark, gloomy, and felt humid. I can’t say enough about the awful smell. I felt gross being in the room. The bathroom was super outdated and there was a weird stain on the bottom of the toilet. Unsure if it was poop or just a rusty stain. The curtain rods had months worth of dust and the windows were dirty with white splash marks. I immediately asked if there were any upgrades available and I was told there was, but for an extra charge of $25 per day. I accepted only because I had no other choice. I was traveling with my 1 and 5 year old and we were exhausted from driving 4 hours. Our upgraded room on the 10th floor had a more updated look, but there was still an awful smell. There was an old stain on the sofa, our shower head cover was detached from the wall, and the tub drained poorly. The staff offered to remove the resort fee for 1 out of our 3 nights stay. Do your research before booking here. Read the poor reviews and you will see most of them talk about the awful smell. It was not an isolated incident. When we were driving back home my partner told me that he couldn’t sleep at night because he was afraid the building would collapse. If you’re looking for a decent place to stay this is not it.

On site parking, full convenience store, FedEx business center for all your office needs. Free wifi. Washer and dryer available for laundry. (Arcade next to it, for the kids) Excellebt fitness facility and pool! 5 min walking distance to Disney Springs by the pedestrian bridge. (Super close, lit up, and safe.) This place should be your first place to stay! Exceptional!

I didn't necessarily like the room that we stayed in but the hotel is a very nice hotel wish we had a better room or more updated room. I do like being a Hilton diamond member. But I don't understand why we have to pay for valet but I guess that's how they make extra money.

The hotel has a nice view, and a shuttle to the Disney monorail which is convenient. The rooms are nice, and the service is amazing! Jenna at the front desk was so helpful when we asked for a few amenities and modifications! It was really appreciated after a long day so thank you so much Jenna!Overall I'd stay here again :)

Careful. I was charged $120 in service fees which i was not told about when booking online or when i checked in. For a 2 night stay.It was hidden in the booking confirmation fine print when i disputed it, but someone should have definitely been up front about the charges.

Fridge does not work, bed is so uncomfortable , and rooms are very outdated. Externally, the lobby is nice, the pools are nice but this hotel is very overdue for an update and I would say very expensive for what it’s worth.Rooms: Outdated.

Very very old property. Biggest advantage it is a walking distance to Disney Springs.

The lobby looks good and refined. The customer service and amenities are what you should expect from the Hilton brand. There are a couple of options for food and beverages within the hotel, and the location is ideal. Paying for parking was disappointing. The rooms look a little dated.

I had a problem with my shower head as it was spewing water like a river out of the base of the shower head. Clearly, it needed to be replaced. I phoned guest service and they sent up the hotel engineer to repair the problem. He chose to replace our broken shower head with another broken shower head for some reason. I phoned gues service a second time and told them the new shower head also had the same problem onky worse. The engineer showed up again and replaced it with a new shower headbthis time, and now it works. The mere fact that this fellow lacked the experience to test out the first replacement is beyond me. If I were the hotel manager, I would either fire him for being inept or retrain him. How someone in this position doesn't know to test things out before giving it the ok is beyond me. With all the competitors' hotels in this area, I suggest looking elsewhere unless you are desperate. The rest of the hotel is ok, but I regret staying here especially for the price I paid for my room.Rooms: My room consisted of two double beds. The beds are lumpy, as are the pillows provided. The towels are nice and soft, though. I've stayed in worse rooms before.

I stayed here for a business meeting. I was on the 10th floor. It took a solid 7-8 minutes of running the hot water for it to get hot. The room was dated, especially for a company event. The meeting rooms were nice. The food was just ok, but it could have been what my company chose. I did not leave the hotel the entire 3 days. Would I stay here again? Maybe, if they update the rooms.
