House of Blues excels on ambiance and food value. There is live music so this is not your ideal restaurant if you are wanting a calm, quiet atmosphere. The menu is very large with affordable prices. I love cajun/Creole food and really enjoyed their cajun chicken pasta.

Always love to eat at House of Blues when we come to Disney Springs. We went for a late brunch which means that a limited lunch menu is also available besides the brunch menu. Even though the jalapeño cornbread was not on the menu, Maggie our waitress checked to see if available. It's a must, not spice just a hint of jalapeños. We both ordered a brunch item and was not disappointed. I had the chicken and donuts and my husband had the shrimp and grits. Said was the best he has had. If you have never eaten at the House of Blues you must try. The atmosphere itself is an experience.

Nothing wrong with service or place just didn't like the food. Spicy chicken sandwich which I wasn't aware it was supposed to be spicy. My friend got the chicken dinner and I guess it's the same chicken. Couldn't finish his dinner.

This was a last minute reservation because our original reservation for another restaurant near HOB was canceled for some unforeseen difficulties. We opened the Open Table app and snagged a reservation at HOB for the same time as the previous reservation. We have been to HOB several times so we knew going in we would enjoy ourselves. However, this time not so much. First let me say it had nothing to do with the service or ambience. This had everything to do with the trimmed down menu. It was like a Reader's Digest menu now. Where was the shrimp and grits? This was one of my go to meals and a signature entree but it was no longer on the menu. So for starters we ordered the jalapeño cornbread which was a favorite. This time the cornbread seemed more sweet and less jalapeño and did not leave that “spicy kick” that I loved and expected. Our two entrees were salads. My steak salad was good and the steak was cooked as requested and our other entree was Southern Salad with grilled salmon. The salad was good but the salmon was bland with no seasoning. We didn't want blackened but this salmon should have some seasoning to flavor it a little. BTW, as we were eating we noticed on their in house video screens advertising that the “Fav” shrimp and grits would be returning back on the menu, even though it should never have been taken off in the first place. I'm not sure if we'll be back unless they add more items to their menu.

Overall, I had a great experience with House of blues. The only problem was to make a reservation for more than six people. I had to call up multiple times only got one response that ended up in a voicemail and when I returned the call, I couldn't get them again. I ended up making two separate reservations for smaller parties when I got to the restaurant, early, I asked them to put the tables together and explained the situation. They made it like it was going to be a problem because they said they could only seat tables of seven at the most and we were a party of nine. In the end they did put two tables together to accommodate us, but I saw that there should not have been any issue at all because they were plenty of tables available, and that could be pushed together to accommodate larger parties.

Host greeted us with a smile and quickly seated us in a requested booth. Our server was outstanding checking in with us often (but not annoyingly). Our son's pizza was huge! Musician was great! Highly recommend House of Blues!

The food was fantastic. The service was amazing. Just one server on the outdoor patio was able to serve many tables - Grace was incredibly attentive to the people she was serving!!

We had great service the Sat night we were there by all staff! The nachos with pull pork were awesome and feed at least 2 people as a meal! Do recommend reservations. We also arrived earlier than our open table reservation and thought we were going to have to hand outside at the bar, luckily they got us in early. And the atmosphere is fun and great live entertainment!

We had a reservation and waiting on my party the server keep rushing us and indicating we were holding up the tables when other empty tables were available. We asked to speak to the Mgr. since it was a special occasion and the Mgr. was so cool, he apologized, switched our server indicated he would speak with the server. That was so awesome and a good service recovery. We ended up with a party of 10, getting serenaded by the entire restaurant and had a fantastic time. Awesome experience. Besides the initial sever experience everything turned out great.

Our waiter Luis was excellent. He gave us a lot of information as it was our first time there. The band called off for the night as I was expecting live music. The food was a little over priced for what it was.

Watched a mind-blowing Cirque de Soliel act that finished at 7:00 pm, then literally strolled next door to House of Blues for supper. Good we made reservations, as the place was packed. Greeted by live music outside, but it was too cool for that. After a two minute wait, we were led to a nice booth and the service was very brisk. Managed to slow our waiter down a little and lingered over drinks before ordering. My chicken on a bun tasted ALOT like some kind of whitefish, but after getting my husband and friends to check it out, we all determined it was chicken. One friend ordered ribs and mashed, and he appeared to love it. My other two companions ordered blackened salmon and had no complaints, "perfectly done", my husband claims. The place got a lot less busy around 9pm, and our server was less attentive (which we liked). Two of us had Key Lime Pie for dessert, which the waiter brought with four forks; quite tasty, with a graham cracker crust and sprinkled with toasted coconut. And topped with, alas, the fake whipped cream I've come to expect here in Florida.... The biggest downer was the LOUDNESS of the indoor singer(s). Great music, all the classic oldies, but our entire three hour conversation was punctuated with "eh?" (yes, we're Canadian), "pardon??" and "what did you say?" Otherwise a great evening, we love Disney Springs, a good ending to our day there.

The service and food was wonderful, we use to go here a lot but we stopped do to the quality of the food, but thought let's give it a try one more time as it had been years that we had gone. We were surprised it was wonderful. We did think prices were high for not getting any thing with the entrée meaning some kind of side which had to order à la cart. other then that it was fine not sure if we will rush back there but this is our opinion.

Was looking forward to hearing Blues Music, whether a track or piped in.. instead it was pop music. Applebees plays Pop Music. It ruined the experience to be honest. Burger was very avg in size. The Rack of Ribs was very good. Again, you cant be the HOB and play pop Rock in the Restaurant

Our server/bartender Becky was absolutely incredible! Not only did she make my kids feel extremely comfortable after a long day and meltdown but she was extremely attentive to my husband and I! She even got up and sang an amazing cover of Amy winehouse, Valerie! Thank you Becky for turning a chaotic night into a memorable one!

We sat outside so we could listen to the live music, so we actually didn't need a reservation after all, as the outside seating is first come first serve. The band, food, cocktails and beer were all excellent! We had the nachos with brisket and an old fashion cocktail, which were both delicious! Our server was super friendly even though she was very busy, and when we asked if she enjoyed her job, she said she loves it and has worked at Disney Springs for 25 years!
