The red haired girl kept getting close to me and my daughter only because we spoke Spanish. When my daughter showed interest in a bracelet another employee told her to head to the register, but my daughter came back to the stand to check another bracelet she liked and then the red haired employee went back to check if she took anything. When I told the employee at the register about our experience and how we were going to leave a bad review, she told us “If that’s how you feel go ahead.” Customer service is not a priority at this store. You shouldn’t treat people differently because they are Hispanic, on top of that Disney Springs is a largely touristy area with people from all over the place here, a store that actively surveils it’s minority shoppers is not recommended.

A little disappointed with my experience here. I walked to the color bar just to check out the different Elle link earrings options and asked an associate how much they were. She said they were $5 each. Because I was so surprised I asked again, and said really?? And she said yes! I asked if I could use a passholder discount as well and she said yes. When I went to cash out, she asked her coworker if they were the right ones in the system and he said yes and then she said, so they’re actually $20 each but we’re having a sale so they come out to be $15 each. She turned her associate and asked if passholder discounts can be applied and he said no, and she just said okay, looked at me and said okay your total is $31. I was just shocked that she didn’t say anything else, didn’t confirm if I still wanted them after being completely wrong about the price. I still purchased them because I’d already gone through this whole process, and after I paid she just she said sorry about that. So what was explained as $5 each with passholder discount turned into be $30 with no discount. I felt embarrassed so I just went forward with the purchase, but I wouldn’t have bought them otherwise.

I highly recommend Kendra Scott at Disney Springs! Every single person who helped me (I went twice) was so kind so attentive and understanding! Joice especially was fantastic! After trying on some pieces with her I came back and purchased two beautiful necklaces! The guest service alone would keep me coming back.

I love Kendra Scott, the store was nice and clean but my experience was ok and could have been much better. Saw a necklace in the window that I really liked and went in and they said the one window was the only one left. I said ok, I would like to get it how much is it? A staff member grab it and brought it to the register and said they left it up there for me when I was ready to check out and I confirmed with them twice that is was the correct necklace and I was reassured that is was twice. Upon getting to the register to pay for it they then tried to sell me a different necklace and I said no that isn’t the correct one, so they call the person over that promised me the necklace and he said that he gave it someone else instead, even though it was promised to me and I was thinking and reassured that was the necklace I was buying. I was very displeased and walked out. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service, and my experience.
