Came in looking for my foundation that's sadly being discontinued - again! This one replaced my previous favorite and now they are taking away this one? Anyway, I came in and a nice guy immediately started helping me. Luckily they had a few left in stock. The staff were friendly and the store was nice.

Love my MAC artists. The store is always well-organized. Knowledgeable artists. Disney Springs atmosphere is great.

Wow I love this store. Every time I’ve been in this store I get greeted warmly. And unlike other MAC stores this one they actually assist you and walk you through with what you need help with. I really appreciated that.

Witnessed their staff stealing customers from one of their hardworking disabled makeup artist. The greed this unacceptable and unethical.Their regional manager brad is allowing this behavior.

Rude cashier who came off a bit racist and as if he didn’t want to be bothered. I knew exactly what I needed and he told me he’d be with me, cool! Another lady walks in and he proceed to leave the consumer I was waiting for him to be done with to help her and skipped over me. Then when I asked to use my discount I was told I couldn’t. My wife had the greatest experience at this store. Top Notch Customer service she was treated as the Princess She is! Miro the manager was outstanding. She ended up 100% switching all her makeup and skin care line to MAC this weekend. She received a full makeover and attained MAC’s highest loyalty rewards tier in one weekend. She is extremely happy! The 25% off sale helped an awful lot as well. Great store, great people!

Cashier super nice, I ask the guy to show me how to do my brows and I would purchase the items. His reply I can’t we have to take breaks. I sit for 20 mins and watch him do nothing but chat with staff poor service.

This review is overdue but I went in on October 7th around 8:30, maybe 9pm latest and the two women were not helpful at all. When I first walked in, the store was empty and they were talking amongst themselves at the register and looked at me almost like "Oh no, a customer." One of them said "Hello..." in a dreaded tone and continued her conversation with her coworker. I said hello and just kind of went about browsing by myself until about 2 minutes later, one of them comes up to me and asks if I'm looking for anything specific. (I thought she would have asked me if I needed help right away) I asked if I could get color swatched for foundation and the lady says "yeah, here" she opens the foundation bottle for me and just puts like a dot of the foundation on my hand... weird. I actually meant getting color swatched like having some applied to my face and comparing a couple swatches. Does MAC not do that anymore? Or did they not want to do their job or? Can someone let me know.. Anyways, it was very different from other MAC stores I've been in. The woman helping me wasn't very knowledgeable either and seemed to make things up as she went. When I asked if there was a full coverage foundation that won't make me look cakey, she stated "you want full coverage but that's going to make you look cakey and when you wear makeup, you don't want to make it look like you're actually wearing makeup " .... Um, ok.. So what if I did want it to look like I was wearing makeup? And I also had tested out one of their foundations and then one of their concealers and the woman stares at me as I'm swatching and she says "it looks cakey right now because you have a concealer on top of the foundation. Ummmmm... I don't know. It was a little bit of a weird experience. I went in excited about spending a little bit on myself and I walked out of there not wanting to purchase anything after all. Employees really can make or break the experience. I thought I would have had such a "magical", welcoming experience considering it was Disney Springs, but this was not the case. A little bit of a turn off.

I heard such great things about this place, but honestly? It's just meh. Just another tourist trap. It's a nice place to walk around with all kinds of restaurants, but every single store is insanely overpriced. What can you expect though, it's Disney. It's really crowded and be prepared for a lot of walking. If you're unable to walk long distances, I suggest renting a scooter or bringing a wheelchair because I walked around 3 miles while visiting. It's bigger than you'd think! It is $3 for the kid's rides (the carousel and the train.) They have some nice stores, but I really expected more. Especially from the Star Wars shops. Lastly, this place is swarming with adults wearing mouse ears. It's nearly impossible for little kids to actually enjoy that "magical" experience & look around the shops without getting ran over by 30 year old Disney adults. Parking is free, so that's a plus. Other than that, we probably won't go back. Been there, done that, don't feel the need to go back again.

We go to Disney Springs quite frequently since we moved to the area. My youngest also works at the AMC here and they love their job. It was Cinco de Mayo and we all had the day off and just decided while having lunch we should go to Disney. We stopped through and did a bit of shopping at several stores and made several purchases along the way. We always like coming here because there's so much to do and see. A lot changes as time goes on so there are frequently new things to enjoy. In the evenings you can get live entertainment scattered around with all kinds of music to enjoy. There is really something for everyone down here and it's the one part of Disney you don't have to pay to get into. You only spend money on the things that you want to. Everyone should take the time to stop and visit here if they're in Central Florida especially if they are traveling to Disney. Fun for the whole family.

Disney Springs is one of Orlando's night spot for just about anything you're looking for. Disney Springs has a variety of restaurants ranging from Louisiana style cooking at the house of blues, southern cooking, steaks seafood, specialty restaurants, ice cream and desert spots and a plethora of stores in an outside strip mall. They have live music, bands, singers, and DJs at several different venues to light up the night life. It's fun to see people singing and dancing to the music. There are plenty of Disney themed shops and stores for the kids a makeshift cigar lounge for Dad's, and Moms there are plenty of shops including Coach and Kate Spade for you. Oh yes, parking is free at Disney Springs. Disney Springs is a must do for the whole family.

Cheryl is the best! She is super knowledgeable about all the products and what best to recommend for my skin to achieve the look I want. I am so glad she was there the day I came in and has def made me a MAC lover for life! If you ever need your makeup done she is the one to go to! She made me feel so beautiful!
