amazing experience! came in knowing exactly which three park exclusive charms & bracelet i needed to purchase. faith came over to help my dad and i look. showed her the pictures, she pulled everything out immediately for us to inspect. she was pleasant, funny, and had a great attitude. we were very happy with her, thank you for making the purchase easy and making great conversation!

Super friendly staff! We did run into an issue with the engraving station with the associate (I think she was just unfamiliar with options) that helped us but we called and the manager was apologetic and offered to fix everything for us FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you again

It’s a cast appreciation week so the line has been wrapped around the corner for the past 3 days. I’ve run into Becky twice outside in temperature that has felt like 104 degrees. She’s been an absolute joy! Positive energy, smiling every second. Sharing beautiful stories with us. Couldn’t be happier. And everyone inside was working at a quick speed and doing everything they can during this busy time! Very much appreciated. And I’ll be back!

Amazing customer service experience! Had an issue with a ring I had recently purchased and they were able to fix it for me free of charge, as well as gave me care tips for the future. I really appreciate the staff here, was nervous to come in but they truly made my day! Will never shop for jewelry elsewhere, they have a beautiful selection and a great team. Thank you Pandora!!

Nathalyia was so good. Friendly smile, patient, knowledgeable, etc. She was so genuine and in the moment. Great experience. You can tell she really loves Pandora. Only ask for her. Walked out of there with nothing but a smile for my wife and I.

Went in recently to exchange an item that was the incorrect size and the sales team lead Paola was more than helpful. She really came through in helping my girlfriend and I with the item exchange and was very friendly all throughout. The shop also had a large variety of jewelry, bands, and charms that we received plenty of help with browsing and trying. Definitely will be coming back to shop at this location and recommend it to anyone who may be shopping at Disney springs for Disney inspired jewelry.

Customer service is really lacking at this store. Spent over $150 on a charm and felt like I was irritating them. I came here for a Disney parks exclusive and would not come back again. Even knowing what I wanted and telling them as soon as I went in it took over 30 minutes. If you can buy at the park instead

Wife loves their stuff. Not overly expensive if you build your collection slowly, 1 or 2 charms at a time. Seems to be something for everyone, Disney, Harry Potter, etc.

I loveee going here to shop for my jewelry. Ask for Melissa! She’s super friendly and will meet all the needs you ask for. There might be a long line sometimes but it is not as long as it seems.

My best Pandora experience has been from this location. Faith, Lourdes, and Juju are absolutely amazing. They each assisted me on different visits and I have always left extremely happy. Definitely ask for them whenever you visit. I am so happy with my charm bracelet and charms. Definitely coming back for more.

Staff not customer service oriented. The staff was less than friendly or helpful yesterday when my husband and sons went in to purchase a Christmas presents for me. I was shopping in another store and I having a wonderful Christmas experience in all the other stores I went into to, as did the rest of my family. While I understand that it was busy, there is no good reason to ignore customers especially when you are limiting the number of customers in so that you can attend to each with care. We will spend our money elsewhere. Suggest others consider doing the same.
