The supposed manager treated me today with a superb attitude and when I asked him a question about my credit, he took a rather incorrect attitude towards a client of more than 5 years where he told me to educate yourself with credit, it does not seem professional on his part when he does not have education ?

After been in the phone for 1 hour multiple call transfer from one department to another, finally got someone who took his time to review my account and help me. I want to give a 5 star review to Mr. Wilfredo Santo, great customer service, he managed my frustration and actually made my day! Thank you, Mr. Wilfredo, for your service and making my day brighter!

Worst bank to ever deal do not use this credit union or any of their locations. Terrible bank to deal with start to finish. I will never recommend this bank to anyone ever in my life.

When this bank was Vista it was great. I have had multiple accounts and loans with them and have always enjoyed having them. However, when they became Partners... where to begin? This is the second time my debit card reached its expiration and 3 weeks later it's still processing. How am I supposed to make purchases without a debit card and making my credit card balances go up? And call backs... forget it. No one will call you back. You can hold your spot in line for long waits but they won't call back. If you've been waiting in the phone que or been put on hold and it passes. Idóneas hours. The phone will disconnect on you. Honestly it's just been a downhill experience

Would give zero if I could! Zero communication. You can be in a que for hours and still not talk to anyone who knows anything. Why would anyone bank here??? Tried to get POA in place and took over a month. A real bank…2 days. Don’t do it!

Absolutely horrible service! After banking for years I’ve had problem after problem with their customer service. Having multiple emails and phone calls going unanswered and receiving contradicting statements from representatives. I had $1500 stolen from me over a month ago and they have been absolutely no help and just states there’s nothing they can do about it after stating they would at least temporarily reimburse me. After providing as much proof as possible they keep passing the responsibility on to other people. Definitely would not recommend worst customer service I’ve ever received from a bank especially from the manager who looked into my case.

I've been a member of Partners (back when it was Vista FCU) since 1998 and have always had wonderful service and been very happy. I've had my checking, savings and car loan with them and never had any problems. Unfortunately, like Disney, the service somewhere along the line seems to have gone downhill and is no longer a priority. I applied for a mortgage with Edith and although she was very friendly when I spoke with her, I never heard back. I called and left voicemails 4 different times over weeks and she never even bothered to update me, return a call, or email. I tried speaking with another loan specialist and heard nothing back from her either. I have never had such dismissive and absent service from partners. Such a shame. I want to support credit unions because I don't believe in supporting greedy for profit banks, but if they're not going to even return calls, I don't have much choice. Such a shame.

Great bank and people! I've had them foe almost 20 years. Had mortgages, car loans, and personal loans.Never had any problems.
