Very disappointed .. they want to give you the experience of “opening” your own oyster for your pearl for $18. Of course! Then she started drilling the hole in my pearl and adding a pendant to it and started packing it away and gave me the price of $93.. I was shocked as to why it was that much for just receiving the pearl! She said the chain was sold separately and that the cheapest chain was gonna be $150.. and it was very dainty as well. My friend was telling me how they were over charging for the quality at the moment and the employee became defensive really quick about it. I still unfortunately walked away with just the pearl. Just recently went to a jewelry store and they said on the spot the pearl is not real and I was definitely ripped off. What was supposed to be $18 turned to $93 real fast for just putting a pendant on it .. AND with no chain. Ruined my Disney experience tbh. Buyer’s remorse for sure

Me and my daughter had a wonderful time. Karen was so nice and professional. When I come back to Florida I will definitely visit this place again.

They must be paid on commission. My daughter had enough to do the experience and not buy any jewelry. The lady almost seemed like she didn’t want to help us once we said we will just get the pearl. She made up lies and said the pearl will dry out and crumble. It will still be exposed whether mounted or not. Will not come back here. Go to Epcot they are way friendlier and a much more positive experience .

Visited today and enjoyed the Oyster experience. Pressure to buy jewellery which I ended up doing for my daughter. Bought a pendant - when we got back I realised it was just the small mount to attach to a chain - no chain! Felt disappointed as for $99 and the lady saying ‘she can wear it tomorrow’ it came across as a full necklace. Really disappointed.

This was a lot of fun! My daughter picked a beautiful white pearl with pink swirls. The girls are so sweet and helpful! I will say the jewelry was a bit too expensive for us so we will probably purchase something elsewhere for her to wear her pearl!

This is an amazing place! Picking your own Pearl and setting is a fun experience. I have two beautiful pieces of jewelry from them. I would highly recommend them!

I had gone to Pearl Factory, four times throughout my trip because it was such an enjoyable experience! Tiffany was an absolute wonder! She made the pearl selection process so enjoyable and personal. She was not pushy about selling the settings and offered all options, even “budget friendly”ones I had asked about. Can’t wait to visit again and pick more pearls!

Went here on vacation and was helped by Karen. She did an amazing job. I purchased not one but two pearls and had them put into a ring and necklace. She truly was amazing and made the experience worth it.

We did the pick your Pearl experience and it was amazing! My best friend and I pulled two of the hairiest and ugliest oysters you could find, (those are supposed to have the nicest pearls), and wound up with two blue pearls. We were told these are rare, roughly 1/100. We wound up with what we determined were sister pearls. The jewelry to put them on was a bit pricey (starts around $60) but good quality. Absolutely awesome, memorable experience. Highly recommend.

It was a great surprise to get a beautiful pink pearl, and a nice ring to go with it. Very reasonable prices! The staff are very patient and helpful, no pressure at all!
