Our waiter Dmitry has been our best waiter since arriving in Orlando - thank goodness for him! He was respectful, accommodating, attentive, communicative and also, tastefully upsold us on all the delightful menu choices we would've missed out on had he not been our server. He is first class and deserves all the praises!

Honestly expected more given the brand and reputation. Food was average and extremely over priced. I don't mind paying a premium for good food but this was average at best. Lychee martini was delicious; lettuce wraps and shumai were good, sushi roll and dumplings were meh. Wont be going back.

Stick with the Morimoto specials & dishes most recommended by staff: those are fantastic! Tried a couple other things and they were merely good. Ribs, dumplings, Mai Tai and Japanese cheesecake were especially outstanding

This Morimoto is a minimum 2 steps down from the level of his NYC, Philadelphia, or Las Vegas locations. If not 3 steps down. Suppose it should be expected being in Disney. So for those familiar with the other locations , just want to give it to them straight. Not to come of as offensive, it's just not in the same class .

The overall experience from checking in, to waiting to be seated (which was 30 minutes) after our reservation time was followed by a meal that was just ok. In terms of value for money it might be considered less than ok. Hamachi for the tartar was flavorless. The Mongolian filet was very good but for $60+ thats the least you should expect.

Got Morimoto's signature dish, which was fantastic and prepared table-side! While the woman prepared my dish, she told me a bit of history surrounding the dish and its influences from Korean bimbop. Service was a bit busy, so our waitress went out of her way to give us churros on the house! Following dinner, the floor manager came over to discuss our meal and ensure we were please with everything. Just stellar service! Highly recommend if you're visiting Disney springs!

Our waiter. Eric, from the Bronx was fantastic! He really took incredibly good care of us, and guided us through what ended up being a wonderful meal! The quality of food was just as good as you would find at the Morimoto in New York City. SERVICE, as I said was excellent, the room is beautiful, and we felt very well taken care of. And as far as value is concerned, we thought it was just as good, if not even cheaper than you would find at one of the restaurants in one of the parks at Disney.

This was 3rd dinner at Morimoto Asia and we had a great experience: Sashimi, dumplings, wonton and ribs. Our server was very helpful in guiding us through the menu. The decor is magnificent. We will go back!

This restaurant should not be recommended by the Michelin Guide. Food lacks quality, precision, taste, finesse. Not an authentic Asian food experience, we are sorry we have to be so honest.

We went there for my son's birthday and it was a new experience for us. The food tasted great and the service was good. We did have a small hiccup but management stepped in and made things better and made everything memorable and will definitely have us come back.

outstanding meal once again at Morimoto. Every time we visit from NYC we always make a reservation there. The last 3 visits including tonight we had Dimitry as our server. He always is very nice and tonight had a lot of good recommendations. I highly recommend going to Morimoto for a great meal.

Great food and ambience, but server seem to rush us to leave as we were one of the last reservations/tables left. My wife had to quickly drink her wine as we felt constantly rushed.

Morimoto Asia is a terrific place to eat if you are in or around the Disney area. A friend of mine and I went on a Thursday and didn't need to wait all that long for our reservation to be called. The ambiance of the restaurant is relaxing and high-end. It certainly gets you ready to experience their food. We ordered two appetizers, a sushi roll each, and one vegetable entree each. We left feeling full and satisfied without feeling lethargic. For such a restaurant, everything was reasonably priced, and the quality of the food was exemplary. Our server was Eric and he was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made some great recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. If I go back, I will request him if he is working. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my time at Morimoto Asia and would recommend it to others

Was an excellent dining experience. Table onside on top was perfect. Waitstaff very attentive. Food was excellent. My daughter kept saying it was the best dining experience she ever had.

Very small portions, overly priced. The Duck platter for 2 was barely a portion for one. There was no good presentation of the dishes and the combinations on the plates were bland and very plain. Lacked flavor. It was a 400.00 bill for 2 people. It was a birthday celebration dinner wish was rather underwhelming as the restaurant didn't seem to be prepared to put a simple candle on a desert.
