I was scammed and ordered a Burberry elixir perfume. They charged me 154 dollars with taxes and when I looked at the house, toilet water, which is cheaper, was in the case. Total scam. I do not recommend shopping at this store at Disney Spring.

The good thing, you can try the products and remove your makeup, and try more. Try to go in the morning, and not on the weekend, so that the girls can advise you better without a large crowd. Many speak Spanish so it is easy to communicate and look for the best options. Good attention ! The cheapest products are lipsticks from $15 dollars, to very high products $$$, I recommend not going with tiktoker teenagers!!!

WOW! I’ve never been in a place with a more depressing, evil energy. First of all, this place is so jammed packed with product that you can barely move without bumping into several people. Then the employees all seem so depressed and there was no enthusiasm coming from anyone. I was either straight up ignored, or when I asked for help, they seemed like they’d rather be doing anything else, and then had the audacity to give me their name to pass along at the register. I don’t want to give your name for “helping” me if I saw you visibly sigh when going to help me.Also, this store is dirty. Both products on the floor and the checkout counter had powder all over it, and not to mention the streaks of makeup that were rubbed over everything. Seeing the visible grime made me put everything down and walk out of the store, I do not want to use products that come from such a dirty place.Overall the atmosphere and the rudeness of the employees really shocked me, you’d expect more being on Disney property.

Luna blonde from Charlotte was outstanding. I couldn’t find a product I was looking for and Luna immediately noticed. He was very patient with me, I have never encountered such good energy with a Sephora employee before. I will definitely be coming back to this location!!!
