The returns policy for full credit "only applies to website purchases" according to the Tampa store saleslady only upon my after Christmas return. This policy is not posted in the store, nor was I notified by the saleslady verbally at the time of purchase. The website states " the jewelry must be returned to the store within 30 days of purchase for credit to your payment method"---in this case my credit card. I am incredulous that this retailer does not grant full credit upon return within the stated 30 day window of unblemished product , packaging, and receipt.

Dropped off my broken bracelet for repair. The staff was over the top helpful and the repair was done quickly and shipped to my home.

I started a little Anniversary thing with my husband, purchasing from this beautiful jewelry brand. I must say shopping at this store with Jessica has been such a delightful experience. No matter how big or small the purchase she makes it feel special each and every time. One of my anniversary leather style bracelet came undone. And she was able to ship it back to Spain and get me the exact an replacement. Even though is not sold in the stores any more. So thank you Jessica for making things special for us each and every time.

The worse customer service .. I have a gold bracelet that I bought 9 month ago , and is black .. took the bracelet to the store to exchange it and the sales person try to clean it but I knew that can’t be clean that is not sterling silver , then she try to sell me a cleaner , the color gold is not there any more , and at the end she did not exchange the bracelet for me . I have spend some much money in that brand . I am very disappointed..

I purchased a bracelet in December 2020 and it was falling apart by September 2021. The product was supposedly under warranty but I was unable to exchange or return because they supposedly discontinued it. I will never spend another penny there.

Let me start off by saying amazing jewlery pieces very unique…. But my experience in the store was one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with in retail. This woman ruined my day and it hurt to see someone who works for Disney can be so rude to a customer , she definitely lost business this day all I wanted to was to try on some pieces but as soon as I tried to put on the first piece she snatched it right out my hand and Insisted that I could not try on jewlery due to Covid keep in mind there was another customer trying on jewlery and she did not say anything I am not the type of woman to cause a scene but I respected her wishes all I can say was that she had short black hair I could not tell you the name because she did not have a name tag but if this is the woman who is running this store consider getting a new employee as soon as possible this was definitely not the Disney experience I thought it would be shame on you….

The door is closed at 3:00 pm waited until 4:20. The lady is inside looking at us and would never tell anyone is she is going to reopen or not. After I called the store she came out and said she needs another ten minutes. Worst customer service. I am sure the owner would love to hear that four other customers gave up and left. I had to wait since I need to exchange. Never again.

My sister and I visited Uno de 50 when we were in Disney Springs and absolutely loved the jewelry. I recently wanted to purchase a gift and called the store. Joselyn was super helpful and took the order over the phone, shipped it via FedEx the same day, and sent me all of the order details. Our store in NJ was closed due to COVID, so this was greatly appreciated. I will certainly be shopping at this store again. Thanks, Joselyn!
