Can't even get ahold of a person. It just has the robot my package is still missing and cannot get a hold of anybody

They need to be more careful on when they ask money order and ask how much for them to repeat the amount to make sure it’s the right amount of money order like when they ask for 15 dollars and they are going to think it’s 1.500 and they ask only 15.00 so that’s a big difference.

Had a package with no signature required to be delivered. Wasn't delivered because it was "over sized" then got stuck talking to a robot on the phone. Now we have to wait even longer for my child's bed
