They kept bringing us broken mowers and when my man went in to make a payment for our other stuff he asked for the head guy the 3 in the front refused to give us his name. Then proceeded to call him names and tried to start a fight with them. Do not do business with these people go somewhere else!!!

They don't call you back and then they leave you on hold for 20 minutes because boss man walked in. Apparently they don't know customer service or what it means.. I wish I could go to the palatka office they are excellent people there they know what customer service is all about.

Service is okay in person but on the phone they can be extremely rude to you like they are not in the mood to talk or help a customer out.

This is a shout out to Leslie and William in the Lake City store. Y'all are so awesome. Somehow there was a mix-up in the paperwork and these two made a trip all the way back to Lake City and then back to my house to bring my stove. They even checked all the settings before they left to make sure everything was working properly. Y'all are the best delivery team I've seen in a while. Would give 10 stars if I could!

I have been a long time Aaron’s customer I have purchased many things from different stores from South Florida to Portland Oregon. I have had multiple leases and paid off everyone of them From TVs to beds to washer, dryers to speakers to Sound bars So to say, I have a pretty high spending account there and I have never had any problems and the best customer service at all location but I have got to say the Lake City Florida location is the worst the worst customerservice there is they won’t tell you when your Order will be in there has been one nice lady there and that is it the guys There are just rude, especially when answering the phone. I think after this purchase is paid, for I will no longer be a customer after so many years

Sandy is Literally the best Associate I have ever delt with at any Aaron’s! She was helpful in the process from start to finish. From the lease to the delivery. I will never go to anyone else!

I have to say that this store is AMAZING. I bought a washer and dryer from them and the delivery date was pending. I went to the store and spoke with Cassie, Jessie, and Pete. They were awesome! They sped up my delivery and worked everything out. Highly recommended and will shop there again.

If you want to play guessing games on when your order will be delivered go with Aaron’s of lake city. In less than 3 hours I have gotten 3 completely different stories on when my mothers order will be delivered and where it is at. We mentioned going and getting it to be told it was not even at the store. I spoke to Chrissy and she advised that they did not have a delivery driver until Wednesday of next week. Another person spoke to them and was told that they would be out today between 12 and e. So which is it? They can’t get their stories straight but lord if you’re 30 seconds late on your payment they are calling and texting everyone you have spoke to since 1998. Do better lake city Aaron’s. Lake city can not afford to lose anymore business.

We stopped in to browse. Andy offered to help but they didn't have any of the stuff I needed. She recommended how to get it faster. I called her back after coming home. She was very nice. We ended up doing business elsewhere but I will do business with Andy if she is there when I get ready to shop again. There was not another employee in her store offer to assist us before she spoke up.

Went in today to get a new laptop for college and Sandi helped me out. Not only was she kind and helpful she has a wonderful personality and is very personable. She explained everything thoroughly with me and answered any questions I had. Definitely recommend going in to see her ?
