So, my early 20s daughter was traveling to visit her brother in Florida when vehicle problems began. Me, her dad, being over 400 miles away felt helpless. With no Mazda dealership nearby, I began looking up Advance Auto stores near her location, Lake City,FL. To our blessing, a store manager named Dillon answered and immediately offered help and navigate options for the vehicle repair. To shorten the story, Dillon provided help to get my daughter back on the road when I couldn’t. I will be forever grateful to Dillon, to whom I have never met, who showed kindness and compassion to our situation. Thank you Dillon!!
