“Today has been one of the worst days of my life. This morning I got a phone call from my sister that my 16 year-old nephew took his own life last night. After everything settled, our family was left finding out that we would have to pay $4200 to clean up the tragedy left in my sister‘s home. Our family just cannot afford that so me and my brother decided to step up and save my sister and her husband from the trauma of cleaning up after their own son. I took that weight on my shoulders to Home Depot absolutely about to fall apart this angel name Miss Laura came to help me. She calmed me down and made sure I was OK the whole time we walked around the store together shopping she asked me questions about my nephew and made me feel so comfortable in that moment of tragedy, Miss Laura thank you so much. You have no idea how much you were needed today. And thank you for the hug. I think I needed that at that moment more than anything.”
“First time in Aaron's was August 15th, I came just look at a dryer possibly a set. When I went in I was immediately spoke to by Sarah. I told her what I was looking for and she immediately came to help. She looked in the computer and even went to the back to see what she had in inventory. We talked some numbers and I ended up leaving with a brand new set of washer and dryer. Not even full week went by me and my friend went to look at a PlayStation five she immediately came over and told her what we were looking for and she again did an absolute fabulous job, and went out of her way to make sure we took one home today with us.
