“Adam did an amazing job, very detailed, very honest, and did not drag it out. It’s been 2 years since he painted my truck and it still looks brand new. Anytime anyone mentions painting their vehicle I send his number to them.”
“Over the past week, I had to deal with a lot of different tires. From swapping out tires for my tractor to massive 6-lug RV rims with dual nuts, had to remove the tires from a differential, to the 18 tires I took up there today.”

“I awoke to a dead battery in my Super Duty this morning and that my friends just isn't a good start to the day. I've known of this business for many years but I had never stopped. Big mistake! I called them and was told that they could get me out for about a $100.00 plus tax. So my bride gave me a jump start and I headed that way. I had also called all the other purveyors of batteries in town and the general consensus was around $169.99 for the same battery group 65F aa well as the cold cranking amps and warranty. Upon arrival my current battery was checked, removed, terminals inspected and cleaned and a new battery installed. Everything including the financial transaction was completed in less than 15 minutes. Great service great price and keeping the revenue down n our own community while supporting a local business! What's not to like? Y'all give them a try!”

“To update my earlier problem, I received a call from Graham Dyck, who invited me to bring my vehicle by the dealership. He made sure the piece that was promised was ordered and then got the service department to check for why the wiper fluid wasn't working. It turned out to be two disconnected wires. Problem solved in two minutes. I'm pleased the Mr. Dyck reached out to me and solved a couple of pressing issues. If you have a problem, go see him. He gets things done.”

“Steve recently came to the rescue when my BMW broke down right before I was leaving to go out of town. Steve was prompt, courteous, and communicative. He kept me informed of my issue and provided a quick turn around with both the part and the repair. He took payment over phone so that I was able to pick my vehicle up after hours when I returned back from a business trip. Most importantly, Steve was trustworthy and reasonably priced. “Above and beyond is all I can say. Had work done there, an issue not even related to the original repair happened, I thought it would possibly be neglect on their behalf. It in fact was not. They treated me with respect, found the issue and resolved it, something that would have taken me hours to even troubleshoot. Not only did they resolve it, they did it on my timeline due to child care needs. My timeline! Super fast, super knowledgeable. I cant express in words the type of relief they brought me. I was a person, not just money in their pocket.”
“About a month ago I was an hour into a cross country move and I had to pull off and emergency find an auto shop. He opened up a slot for me on 0 notice, on a Saturday, diagnosed the problem and got me back on the road in no time. Everyone was so nice and the work was phenomenal. “The Honda of Lake City Service Center has provided my mother's 2012 Accord with excellent service considering the extremely tight timeline we had. I had the starter switched out, oil change and transmission fluid flush. They did a great job. The part was expensive, but I have come to find that you really do get for what you pay for. Brandon was my service coordinator and did a great job at understanding my concerns and offered solutions. He also was patient, which is very much appericated. I felt reassured that in the case that he did not know the answer (he is brand new), that he would refer to a senior member. Bottom line, honest guy we can trust. A big thank you to the Honda Service team.”

“I’ve been traveling a bit with a vintage motor home and I prefer NAPA for parts and supplies. I can pick out the independent owned stores and the corporate stores. Harder to loose you job with corporate so customer service isn’t the greatest. The guys at this store are very knowledgeable and professional. I had to use a couple of other NAPA stores that were owned by corporate and service and knowledge was lacking. This NAPA store reminds me of my local NAPA store in NM. Easy going, get you the right stuff kinda of guys. I like it.”
