“My Tire kept losing Air and I assumed it was another Nail from My Partner cleaning out his Truck so you can bet your Arse he was going to pay for a New Tire again only this time all it was was the Valve Stem and they replaced it and I was able to go down to South Florida to Visit my Mom in the Retirement Home 3 1/2 hrs away and it's still holding up Strong!! Thank you Guys at Tire Mart for saving me a few Hundred Dollars!!!”

“So I have to say my visit to this O'Reilly Auto Parts turned my morning around. I went from having a good morning to a Not So good morning quickly then my experience at this O'Reilly store turned to Great! Stopped to get gas and when I went to start my car it wouldn't start. Had 2 different sweet people try to jump my battery off but nothing. Then a 3rd vehicle helped jump start my car. Had called this O'Reilly and they unfortunately didn't have a driver to come assist me so they recommended the closer to O'Reilly's. Went to that O'Reilly store and not a good experience at all so I called this store back Gary was amazing!! He told me to bring my car to him and he would help me out. Well let me just say from the moment I walked into this store everyone meant that they were going to help me. Gary was awesome from getting a battery thinking it might be that to finding out it wasn't the battery at all. He didn't try to sell me a battery to get a sale instead he took the terminals apart and cleaned them and battery posts because they were the issue. We had a great talk during all of this and I would recommend this store to anyone needing auto parts. Definitely recommend Gary but everyone in that store was ready to help me so I know they would you too! And not just for a sake either! ?”

“I awoke to a dead battery in my Super Duty this morning and that my friends just isn't a good start to the day. I've known of this business for many years but I had never stopped. Big mistake! I called them and was told that they could get me out for about a $100.00 plus tax. So my bride gave me a jump start and I headed that way. I had also called all the other purveyors of batteries in town and the general consensus was around $169.99 for the same battery group 65F aa well as the cold cranking amps and warranty. Upon arrival my current battery was checked, removed, terminals inspected and cleaned and a new battery installed. Everything including the financial transaction was completed in less than 15 minutes. Great service great price and keeping the revenue down n our own community while supporting a local business! What's not to like? Y'all give them a try!”

Harder to loose you job with corporate so customer service isn’t the greatest. The guys at this store are very knowledgeable and professional. I had to use a couple of other NAPA stores that were owned by corporate and service and knowledge was lacking. This NAPA store reminds me of my local NAPA store in NM. Easy going, get you the right stuff kinda of guys. I like it.”
