Auto Zone in Lake City was such a help in letting me know what was going on with my car. I realize this is a service they offer but nonetheless, the gentleman was very friendly and even answered my 102 questions lol

I was greeted as I walked in. The young man had his hands full on the way to the dumpster. He told me he would be right back and he was. Check out with no issues.

I go here more than I'd like. The employees here are friendly and helpful. Store seems to be well equipped for minor repair help and stocked on parts.

Thank you so so much to the manager Matthew! I came here on the road after my car started making weird noises across the road at culvers, aggressively shaking, and not turning over right. Wasn’t spark plugs, or anything you would typically think. He went out of his way to help and ran every diagnostic he had. Eventually we diagnosed the issue and i’m back on the road finishing the last 7 hours left of a 10 hour road trip.

Auto Zone on US 90 the guys in there are always so helpful and very nice they are never hesitant go help. If they can't fix it they do have recommendation. Adam is the Manager I've know him along time and he is very nice and always willing to help. Need any help, advise, or recommendation's talk to him or the other guys. Thank you Auto zone and Adam!
