My daughter initiated the exchange with Brittany via a phone call who was super friendly and helpful.
My daughter called about a specific style and designer. She then emailed her a picture of the dresses in her size and color.
That same evening we went online and began to read review, as skeptical as I was I went ahead and gave them a call the next day to discuss the reviews. She had no problem talking to me about those experiences with those people.
I asked her for pictures and videos of the physical dress my daughter chose.. she had no problem sending those to me within minutes of me talking to her. I then placed the order online and within the same day I received tracking information
The dress was shipped with a hangar and garment bag in a securely taped box.
Our experience was nothing short of amazing. If this is the online customer experience I will receive, we will continue to order from Glass Slippers
