“I didn't know Lake City had a Hertz. The first time I rented a car, Alexis Robison served me, and she was super friendly and patient. I was a little nervous at first because I didn't speak English very well, but she was always kind and helped me with the process. The process was super fast, and the car was super clean. What I loved most was that they take photos of the car before delivering it to you and send them to your email as proof. The return process was also fast. Unlike other rental companies I've rented, they've delivered the car dirty and without windshield wipers. I recommend Hertz and give 100% to their staff, Alexis Robison.”
