Hannah at the Lake City office has no customer service skills!!! Employees are the face of a company and should be held to a set standard! I have had no problems other than the way she handled the ending of our phone conversation. In my opinion she needs the proper training on how to handle customers on the phone.

I visited about a month ago. The ladies were wonderful! Julie gave me her business card. I was self-employed and my phone crashed in the middle of a gig. I was using my phone for work. I hurried to the Cricket store, and they had me in and out with a brand-new and much better phone in less than half an hour. I was super impressed with how much they wanted to help me. I was in a panic when I got there, and they just went straight to work and helped me. I will never go to another Cricket store again.

My service isn't always working And I live in town! Also I think it's so wrong that ONLY new customers get all the deals when cricket should also be good to their customers they have already! We should also have the chance to get a big discount on phones and accessories just like new customers do!

No help. I bought a hot spot after three visits. Was not told that ordering online would save the activation and worse every question I asked at activation was answered with “you’ll have to call customer service” so when I left I called customer service who told me to go to the store for help. Awful. I had previously kept phone service through them and lived in another area but didn’t run into issues like this and I feel like the whole thing was a money grab when my device immediately stopped properly working and lost 60 gb of data the second month. They didn’t care but did say it would have required 20 computers to use that- we have one. And the WiFi was turned off as we were either at school or asleep when the issue took place. The following month I carefully used data and the last two days of the moths still had over 70 go and was unable with streaming on tv and phone use to use even 10 gb…. What a mess.

Highly not recommended. Spent $700 on two new phones, a new Hotspot, and the first month bill. Hotspot was glitching right out the box. Was only able to use 4gb. Husband is a truck driver so had to wait until he was home to take the device in, only to be told I had to call customer service. The store couldn't help. So called and they warrantied the device. I canceled service so that they wouldn't charge me while I waited for new device. Guy told me as long as I reactivated within a month that I wouldn't have to pay activation fee. They actually got my new device to me with a week. I called to activate it and see about getting my month of unused data back. They told me no, so I asked to speak to supervisor. Got transferred, then they tell me I not only have to pay an activation fee but they're unwilling to even comp me half a month. Weren't willing to even work with me a little.

The store Sold me the wrong caseWhen I added my 4th Line and bought my new phoneWhen I went back up there to talk about it and get the right case they refused to refund my money and i had to buy the right case the associate is the one who grabbed the case and put everything together i mever even seen the box now im stuck with over 50 for me to get 1 correct case she admitted its happened before so they just dont care i wilp never go back to this store They should be ashamed ripping people off that way
