They tried giving me a hard time about my 23 day old daughters medicine saying it was 18$ and she has insurance they tried to say I needed her card she's only 23 days old then they were like oh nm she got it this morning they said there was no person by that name then they said her medicine was ready then they asked to circle around after I been here for a hour

The hold time at this pharmacy is completely inappropriate. I am a doctor that was put on hold for exactly 20 minutes to speak with the pharmacist about a patient prescription and then was hung up automatically with a message saying that they went to lunch. I never talked to anyone. Now, calling back after their lunch break, I had to wait another 28 min. Do they have any staff there? I gave up and called another number to complain to the manager.

Closed at 9:13 when online it says they close at 10. Won’t waste my time again, for Walgreens stays open far later and for their actual posted time.

This location and/or entire business has gone downhill within the last 6 months. I'm taking medication that I shouldn't stop taking suddenly. This is the 2nd time in the last 3 months they've ran out of my medication and didn't have the stock to refill it on time. The first time it happened, I was able to get it just before I ran out. This time, I am out. My husband came to CVS and checked the status yesterday, and they had received their delivery. He was told that it would be filled yesterday afternoon. I came to pick it up this morning and the pharmacist from yesterday never checked the medication in, nor did they fill my prescription. Now I'm being made to wait another hour this morning to get it. I live over 30 minutes away and work overnight shift, so I have no choice but to wait or just be without. Then there's the ridiculous new voice-mail system they have in place. You can't get through to anyone who works at the pharmacy for any reason. You are required to leave a message and it says they'll get back to you within a couple hours. In the past couple months, I've left a couple messages and I've never received a call back. I will be taking my business elsewhere after them causing me to run out of medication I get monthly for the last 6 months.

The cashier with the accent is the rudest person I ever dealt with in my life. I hate when I go in and he is working the register. I am sure many other complained about his bad attitude. CVS needs to do something about it!!

I have been on the phone waiting for the pharmacist for 2 hours waiting for someone to pick up.. this is ridiculous.. when we go there they are always short handed and short staffed.. to the point we wait to an hour or longer easily.. don't go through the drive thru you will be there all day.. nothing bad about the staff there they are doing all they can.. but it's not there fault when they are understaffed..

Customer restroom has no lock. I even pointed that out to the employee. Employee would not allow me to use the employee restroom. Dropped my basket and left.

Associate was polite and greeted me upon entrance, store was clean and everything I needed was in stock. Checkout was prompt and pleasant. 10 outta 10 would recommend! will be back for prescription services!
