This location and/or entire business has gone downhill within the last 6 months. I'm taking medication that I shouldn't stop taking suddenly. This is the 2nd time in the last 3 months they've ran out of my medication and didn't have the stock to refill it on time. The first time it happened, I was able to get it just before I ran out. This time, I am out. My husband came to CVS and checked the status yesterday, and they had received their delivery. He was told that it would be filled yesterday afternoon. I came to pick it up this morning and the pharmacist from yesterday never checked the medication in, nor did they fill my prescription. Now I'm being made to wait another hour this morning to get it. I live over 30 minutes away and work overnight shift, so I have no choice but to wait or just be without. Then there's the ridiculous new voice-mail system they have in place. You can't get through to anyone who works at the pharmacy for any reason. You are required to leave a message and it says they'll get back to you within a couple hours. In the past couple months, I've left a couple messages and I've never received a call back. I will be taking my business elsewhere after them causing me to run out of medication I get monthly for the last 6 months.

The cashier with the accent is the rudest person I ever dealt with in my life. I hate when I go in and he is working the register. I am sure many other complained about his bad attitude. CVS needs to do something about it!!

I have been on the phone waiting for the pharmacist for 2 hours waiting for someone to pick up.. this is ridiculous.. when we go there they are always short handed and short staffed.. to the point we wait to an hour or longer easily.. don't go through the drive thru you will be there all day.. nothing bad about the staff there they are doing all they can.. but it's not there fault when they are understaffed..

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. I would not recommend anyone trying to transfer your prescriptions to this location. Especially if you have insurance and changed addresses.

Got out of hospital don't live here needed prescription filled ,put in st 2:10pm was told be ready at 4:30 got back and hadn't filled yet, waited 40 minutes more got prescription and they didn't fill all said another hour. All I can say omg

I went into CVS for a certain item and remembered when I got in there that I needed something else. It happened to be buy one get one, but I didn’t realize it was for card holders only for the discount. The amazing man with the amazing accent in the Lake City Fl store was soooo helpful and was beyond professional and explained the benefits of having the CVS card. I not only got it, but also did the upgrade. My bill went from 116.00 to 59.00 just by him taking the time to explain the benefits. I’m not normally a CVS customer, but due to this young man….. I will be! Thank you CVS for having such an employee that made my day with my purchase and purchases to come!

I had to work intricately with the pharmacist and staff, as well as my doctors in order to get my prescriptions transferred from another state. Everyone associated with my concerns were the very best of every good thing one could hope to find in a transition such as I have recently done.

Definitely switching pharmacies after today. Went to pick up a prescription for my daughter and the male pharmacist was extremely rude through the drive thru. He thought he turned his mic off and was swearing over the headset and was extremely rude when he spoke to me.

Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with you go in your stand in line 6 or seven deep no one cares. Don’t even recognize youoff….do something else I will be changing my pharmacy. Furthermore, there’s hardly anything on the shelves when you go in all the CVS brands are all gone. You have to pay full price for the other brands in store and discouraging.

Before driving to the CVS which is long distance , I called to see if they had an over the counter product in stock, in which I was told yes by a gentleman with an accent , he stated it's behind the checkout, I told him that it's normally on the shelf, he assured me that it was behind the checkout counter. Once arriving there, the gentleman behind the pharmacy counter told me that they no longer carried it, when I told him, that I was told they had it, he asked me who told me that, I recognized his accent then told him it was he , he called me a lyer, then immediately went on to another customer. Not only was he impolite , he was rude. In my day, people like that wouldn't be holding their job very long. I don't care what race you are, while working with the public, your actions represent the business you work for.
