I was in need of a walking shoe, but not sure of what I wanted. Andre R. (Lake City location) was very helpful and knowledgeable. After sharing with Andre my concerns, likes and dislikes, he made some suggestions and assisted me in picking the perfect walking shoe. I will definitely request his assistance for any shoe needs in the future.

Kaiden in the Lake City Florida store was very knowledgeable regarding the shoes. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive shoes, instead he showed me the most comfortable shoes. I bought a pair for myself and my wife. Both of us are walking on clouds now and it's great. Definitely will be coming back. Thanks so much Kaiden!!!

Waited 1 month on ordered bike parts. Never called to inform me about anything. On day 30 I called and was informed by the bike tech that he had the part but it was the wrong color and he was not sure it would fit. The tech did not seem to be very informed. When I expressed my dissatisfaction I was informed by the very smug manager Hunter they could not do anything about the situation. Hunter has a bad attitude and does not care about the customer. I will not be back as long as Hunter is manager.

Staff was fine but store layout was foreign to me. Price was $10 higher than internet pricing with less selection of colors for what I bought.

Stopped shopping there as soon as they took a stance against 2A rights. They have a right to do so, and I have a right not to support their left leaning agenda. Businesses should stay out of politics.

So many clowns working here screwing off and getting in your way when you're just trying to walk down the aisle to go to checkout or exit the store. That starts with the manager, who doesn't look very athletic but will get in your way and then ask if YOU need help.
