I live near the Ellisville location. There is a kind, hard working soul that works there, Ms. Patricia. She is certain to greet each person with kindness and blessings on the way out. I very seldom take the time for bad reviews, but in this case I find it necessary. I have a one star review because of how this store treats their staff. There is never enough workers in there. There is usually 6 or 7 of us lined up while one cashier serves us. The self check out is usually not working so there goes that option. The store is usually hot and product on carts in the isle because of working the store on a skeleton crew. My most recent visit will certainly be my last. Ms. Patricia was working the register (alone as usual) greeting each person as though they were her only concern, giving her undivided attention. I get up to the register and I'm greeted with warm recognition from knowing my face. There were about 5 or 6 people in line behind me. We exchanged pleasantries and walking out behind me was the young manager ( I know this because I asked her and with a look as though I had 3 eyes she responded yes matter of factly) who didn't acknowledge the stress her staff member was under, didn't look at the patrons standing in line to spend their hard earned money and possibly offer to at least get the line down before walking out. This has happened more than once. This is poor treatment of staff and patrons, poor ownership of WHOEVER owns the franchise. They say if see something say something.....I did..... and now I have said something. Thank you Ms. Patricia for your kindness and your work ethic you get 10 stars in my book. The store got a one because that's the only way I could write this review.
For the life of me I can't see how this store has an average of 4 stars.

I don't know why they advertise coupons, most the time they can never take them. It's either the app broken or you have to have the app.
They have very little carts and when truck day comes they use all the carts for merchandise. It's annoying to go into this store!! Hateful place!

They decided not to work.They are inside not having the store open. A bunch of customers keeps getting off their car but having to turn around because they are closed. With no power but the lights are on.

For one, these top reviews are hacked. This place is a dumpster fire that can't, couldn't, and won't put itself out. Carts blocking every isle, close whenever they want to, has been cash only for over two weeks and blamed on corporate. Whoever is running this ares is clueless or dumb. I live less than three miles away, yet drive 32 miles round trip to the next closest store because I'm tired of the bullcrap. Gas ain't cheap and this store is robbery. Do yourself a favor and drive out of your way if you need something. It's not convenient at all.

Says they're supposed to be open until 10pm but close when ever they want. The isles are always full of random racks that need to be put away.

This store has a lot of stuff around the door area and inside the same. Boxes are waiting on the floor to be put on the shelf. But what impressed me and why I gave 4 stars is because they have fresh fruits and veggies! They also have Gluten Free breaded chicken nuggets! That was a major score since I'm a truck driver and not all grocery stores allow you to park a semi in their lot.

My wife and I stopped by for the first time in 4 months. We stopped going due to multiple terrible expeirences. It was always such a mess and last time we were there this past Thursday was just like our neighbors told us a complete 360. I heard of the 2 new managers but we definitely didn't expect the amazing drastic change. Even the employees working were going on and on about how good things are going and how happy they are now with this team. So to whoever is now managing there just wanted to say it is extremely appreciated and will never go unnoticed. Ellisville appreciates the stocked shelves as well as the clean parking lot. Seems like they have went from trashy to classy with that Ellisville dream team ! Good job y'all!

This Place Is Disgusting, Parking Lot Looks Like A Landfill, Carts Always Fill The Isles To Where You Can’t See The Shelves, I Live 2 Miles From This Store And I’ll Drive 13 Miles To Lake Butler Store To Shop
