I simply must share my incredible experience at the Dollar General, Store 019930! This isn't just your average dollar store; it's a shining example of top-notch retail service, all thanks to its phenomenal staff. The moment you walk in, you can feel the positive energy. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and organized—a true testament to the hard work of the entire team. I especially want to give a massive shout-out to four superstars who truly make this location exceptional:
Alix is an absolute gem at the register! His cheerful demeanor and quick efficiency turn what could be a mundane checkout into a genuinely pleasant interaction. He always remembers a kind word for every customer.
Joey has a fantastic eye for detail. Whether I'm looking for a specific seasonal item or need help locating something down an aisle, Joey is right there with a friendly smile and the knowledge to point me exactly where I need to go. Chrissy is the queen of organization! Thanks to her efforts, the shelves are always immaculate, making it easy to find great deals on everything from cleaning supplies to snacks. She clearly takes immense pride in keeping the store looking its best. And finally, Trish goes above and beyond with her customer service. On my last visit, she helped me troubleshoot a digital coupon issue with patience and a positive attitude. She didn't stop until the problem was solved, and that dedication is rare!

This store is always clean, Customer Service is Excellent. I’m always in here. Like a 2 Litter of Pepsi on the shelf. lol They are always willing to help.

They need to learn how to do weekly stock counts as it is part of a automatic ordering system. So that they can adjust the inventory and be able to get the product ordered and not have empty pegs.

First off if I have to go to a Dollar General in Lake City yours is the absolute last place I would go your store is extremely disorganized and all of your cashiers I hate going in there because I always feel like I'm bothering them or the outside smoking. My advice to people who think they want to go there think again. And I don't know which one of your employees put my wife on blast, unprofessional per my lawyer he says it's slander so please never mention my wife's name on the Internet or anywhere else again thanks so much

I don't know about but let but wellborn is the best Dollar General ever for real u have a store mgr using her own debit card for guest because registers are down and the only one that will work didn't accept call so she made it happen with her own
