I will be back to get my phone screen replaced! So glad the manager, Timothy, explained the process. Him and his staff member (I didn't catch his name ugh) were really great. I dropped my phone and damaged it my husband and I went to several places here in Jax to get it fixed and they told me $140 but my husband kept searching for a phone repair place then he found Phone Shack.
