“I hope I didn't make a mistake! I ordered a washer and dryer from the Lake City Florida Aarons on 9/23/2025 it was supposed to be delivered 5 to 7 Days later. It did not show up. Today is Saturday the 4th of October. I called them, I was told that they can't deliver it for two weeks, but it arrived on Thursday the 2nd. I picked up my washer and dryer on 10/07/2025. I wish this process was quicker and more enjoyable. The employees today we're nice The washer and dryer work good . Communication is the key to great leadership. All the Glory goes to God.”

“Mismanaged, different information given with each person you speak with, no line inside yet you sit outside for 20mins or more with only 2-3 cars in line, on hold on the phone for 30+ mins, speaker for the drive through is broken so they yell through the delivery box instead. Wish I didn't have to come to this pharmacy, wish someone would care enough to fix the issues. Send someone in to clean house already.”
