This is a convenience and the staff is typically friendly and helpful, my only complaint is about the notary service that is offered here. I walked in one afternoon to have documents notarized but they had left for the day. I guess when I saw the services advertised on their website I assumed that meant they would be onsite all day until they closed. I feel like that should be posted on their website

The person that accepted my package said that there was a weight limit of 5 pounds per box, and they weren't sure if the fedex people would pick it up. Their weight limit is 55 pounds per box.My box weighed between 5 to 7 pounds. Employees at this fedex drop-off need to be reeducated on weight.
