“This is the best gym I have ever been to. In fact it's not really a gym but more of a home. Everyone is so nice and it feels like I'm working out with family. The coaches are so genuine. You can tell they really want to help you on your fitness journey. I've never felt judged or out of place. CrossFit can seem intimidating and I would have failed a while back if not for these coaches helping me to break it all down. As far as the workouts they are well designed to meet anyone in any capacity. I think anyone could get off the couch tomorrow and jump right in.
I highly recommend this gym-fam to anyone, but especially the working parents. I find that I'm able to get my workouts in, even on days when child care falls through. My littles just join me and we all learn a little more that day.
So in summary, if you are reading this review because you're thinking about trying it out, you should just do it. You won't regret it!”

“So far I’m really enjoying it. The sauna is a huge benefit. Friendly front desk, sufficient amount of machines for a person looking for straightforward weight loss stuff without complications. And for me, a homeschooling parent, perfect that they have a $10 per kid per month childcare available from 8 to 1030 in the morning and then from 4 to 7 in the afternoon”

“This place is great. The tanning beds and massage chairs are wonderful, especially being included in the price of the Black Card membership. The only thing is while most of the staff is super friendly and helpful, at least one person doesn't seem to like her job very much. She was pretty dismissive of me and seemed annoyed by my questions when I was signing up. Perhaps she was just having a bad day. However, she was super friendly to other customers stopping by the counter. Also, the signup process was not very user friendly. Customers should not have to access their email or the app while they're standing right there. They should be able to do everything on the kiosk if they are signing up in person and have their ID with them. The app wasn't working very well at that particular time either. Anyway, no biggie. I'll stick around for the deals and the facilities, but I wanted to give my honest review.”
