She wound up cleaning my ring and his chain as well. I didnt realize they would do that! She also told us about there program for bringing in old rings which I really appreciated and plan on doing. My daughter called about a specific style and designer. She then emailed her a picture of the dresses in her size and color.
That same evening we went online and began to read review, as skeptical as I was I went ahead and gave them a call the next day to discuss the reviews. She had no problem talking to me about those experiences with those people.
