I would like to say that I am so happy with the service provided by Gwen Rainwater with State Farm insurance in the Lake City Florida office. Great customer service, answered every question that I had and they saved me money. Thank you State Farm, Gwen and the John Kasak Office. If you are in need of Home Owner's insurance and Car insurance, I would definitely recommend them.

I've been with John Kasak's office for years now and it's been a very positive experience. Quick responses when I had questions, easy process when I renewed my car insurance. Most recently Gwen was a huge help my first time getting renter's insurance, it was a very easy and quick process. I have no plans on changing agents!

These folks only cater to the perfect of our society. “State Farm will not write a home that was built before 2003 unless you have permits and certificates of completion to show that the HVAC, Electric, and Plumbing have all been brought up to that Florida Building Code. In addition to that, State Farm has updated it guidelines to state that even if that is the case, they will not write a home unless it has a metal or tile roof that was put on since 2021.” So, if you aren’t in a brand new home or perfectly renovated home, they don’t want your business is my take.

The agent is the key. Maria Beltran at State Farm is outstanding! I have been in business for 40 years and have extensive training in many facets of business and human development. Maria stands out and goes the extra mile to "Get it Done". She has handled the insurance on our 7 rental properties on an ongoing basis. You can count on her. In todays business world this is certainly not the norm. One of my favorite sayings" You can't send a duck to Eagle school" holds true with her. She is definitely an Eagle.

I choose state farm because of the staff at John Kasak office. Stephanie is an employee at this office that can fix anything if you have an issue. We were worried about getting supplemental health insurance for my husband while he is a nursing student at Florida Gateway College. We reached out to John Kasak State Farm Insurance here in Lake City and the process couldn't have been easier. Mrs. Joyner was our agent and she was so helpful and had the best customer service we encountered in our search for policies. We were even more impressed with the price of the coverage. When I changed over to John Kasak's office of State Farm. I had a pleasant experience, besides the fact that it is ridiculous to pay for any insurance, especially auto insurance. The problem I had with this office was during Hurricane Ian. Apparently, they had an issue internally during this time that caused me to miss a payment. I still don't understand how this happened. However, I had to pay double payments because of their snafu. Which, they still never explained to me properly? The next time this issue arises, I will try another office or company entirely.
