Hey everyone! 💖💅
So, my nail journey has been quite the adventure! 😅 In January 2025, I embarked on a bi-weekly mani-pedi mission. ✨ But things got a little… *interesting*. 🤨 Every week, I was losing 2 or more nails before even getting a fill and color change! 😱 I initially blamed myself, 🤦♀️ sticking with the same salon for months. Each replacement nail cost me $10 (plus a tip, of course! 😉). After FIVE months of this nail drama, 😫 I knew something was up. It wasn't me! 😤
I went on a quest for a new nail tech, asking everyone for recommendations. 🙏 Jill Williams sent me a PM about Dan, and OMG, I'm SO glad she did! 🤩 I booked an appointment, and Dan has been my nail guru ever since – even with walk-ins! 🙌
Only TWICE have I broken a nail since then, and both times were totally my fault! 💯 I confessed to Dan (even though he probably knew already – his work is THAT amazing! 😍). He fixed them BOTH TIMES and REFUSED to charge me! 🤯 Who does that?! Especially when the customer admits they messed up?!
I just HAD to share this incredible experience. I'll be a loyal LA Nails (Branford Crossing) customer FOREVER! 💖💖💖 Go see Dan – you won't regret it! 💯💯💯 Highly recommend! 👍👍👍
*I said broken, not that they had completely fell off.

I have only spent $7.00 on regular nail polish change in the 9 years I have been going to la nails and was charged a total of 27.00 for the acrylic fill in included. The prices have went through the roof since new management took over. It's ridiculous.

Would love to give 5 star but me and my sister in law had a pedicure appointment at 5:30, they did get us in right away and sat us and I’m not sure who the women’s names were that either one of us had but the woman my sister in law had was great and the woman that I had was okay but we paid for the 35 dollar pedicure that came with a foot massage and also the 15 extra dollars for the gel polish, well I noticed after she did the scrub and the lotion on my legs she went straight to my nail polish and didn’t even massage my feet and my sister in law said something to her about it and she claims she did and I’m not the one to cause confrontation so I just let it go and paid but I would have loved to get what I paid for. Would definitely be 5 stars if I would have got my foot massage, the main reason we went and got our feet done.

Amazing!! I always go to Lana and she gives me the best nails ever and listens to everything I have to say when it comes to my nails and the service. I definitely recommend going here!

I got a pedicure, AMAZING SERVICE, we did have to wait a bit but they were slightly full but I can NOT blame them, the staff weee super kinds and very patient especially since I work on a farm and this was my second pedicure yet, I came in with feet born for mud and boots and came out looking like I’ve never even touched to ground. They will always be my #1 place to go for future appointments 👍

This is a very nice salon. We had plenty of laughs and conversation!
Cleanliness: The building was nice and clean!
Stylist: My stylist was Antwon and I loved it him! I will totally be going back to him and the lady that wax my eyebrows was excellent i forgot her name!
