Very nice employees. Check in was easy, although the scanner couldn't read my driver's license. I didn't make an appointment, but I was in and out pretty quick.

I don't remember her name, but it started with J. She was extremely accommodating for my nervous son. Really put in effort and we both appreciated it very much.
