I've only had my storage unit for a month so my only contact with any staff is limited to the phone conversation when I got the unit. I must say though, it was a pleasant experience. Very nice, respectful and even continued the process after regular hours. Not sure on their numbering system though. It doesn't run consecutive, nor an odd/even scheme. Kinda threw me off trying to find my storage unit. So far, so good though. I don't foresee any problems that would arise. Definitely would recommend these guys.

After living for 7 years in a house without a garage or any kind of storage space, we have appreciated having Lake City Self Storage nearby.They are always on top of making some great improvements, and they keep the place clean and secure. The team is excellent at communicating with customers and is very responsive to our needs.The next time we need a storage facility, Lake City Self Storage will be our choice.

They have a great facility with amazing prices. The owners and call center are always available and get back to you ASAP. Units are nice and super clean. 10x30 has door on each end. Love it. Thanks

(EDIT)Thank you to management for responding very quickly and being understanding to the issue which is being resolved without hesitation.Have paid our units rent on a few occasions where they placed an overlock on it and left it on for a couple of days after receiving payment. We just made a payment 2 days ago on our unit and was able to access it yesterday only to come today and our access code not be working for some unknown reason. Rent is due on the 1st of each month and it is the 25th today. On a side note the owner and manager are actually very nice people but unfortunately I feel that they have the wrong individual who is responsible for maintenance, overlocks, upkeep etc.

I have used many storage units in my lifetime, Lake City Self Storage units and the owner are FANTASTIC I will always recommend them to anyone seeking storage units at a fair price. My experience is that of over 4 years rental of two units. I am now down to one unit with confidence my contents is safe.
