I wandered around for 30 minutes looking for an employee for help. Finally found someone he didn't know about what I was looking for he spent another 15 minutes trying to locate the person who actually worked in that department that person didn't answer.... Left with no help

Alvin M. in appliances is my hero! After talking with several Lowe's employees all over North Central Florida (seriously, like 6 or 7...), we called this Lowe's and lucked out in getting to speak with Alvin. Not only was he incredibly helpful, informative, and patient with all of our questions, he was conscientious enough to call us back with an additional option (one we ended up purchasing!) he thought we might like/need. He was just as awesome in person. All smiles and assistance. It's been a really long time since I've interacted with an employee (or person, in general, who isn't my family) who was as happy, helpful, and knowledgeable as Alvin. We are incredibly grateful.

Shakayla was wonderful!! After getting subpar service at the Home and Garden Center, I called Customer Service and spoke with her regarding a purchase and she was absolutely delightful!!! Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service support!!!!

Usually has what I need in stock. However, over the last few visits some employees weren't helpful at all, just answered questions with "I don't know", clearly didn't want to be bothered with customers, seemed lackidasical, and had to be pressed to even look something up. The front end cashiers on the other hand, were friendly, respectful and helpful.

I like Lowe's. It's (usually) very organized and clean, plus it's well stocked with what I need. I like that I can look in the Lowe's app and find my desired items, and the app tells me which aisle and where on that aisle. Like it SHOULD be! All stores should do this. It helps me keep moving on my projects, without long drawn out interruptions. I can get in and get out. If you have a project, go to Lowe's.

Worth NO stars!! I bought 240 bags of red mulch from Lake City Lowe’s. while starting to spread it I noticed it was very dark and moldy. I took it back to Lake City Lowe’s the manager Chris was no help and completely rude and did not care about customer satisfaction about the whole refund process. Buyers beware because a lot of their red mulch Scott’s brand was dark and moldy. Home Depo was able to satisfy our needs with bright red mulch Scott’s brand!
