I stopped for my son while we were traveling. We waited 30 minutes for a cheeseburger and chicken nuggets. The manager sat in the dining room watching her staff do nothing. They didn’t have any food prepared. There were 4 cars waiting in the drive through for over an hour and 2 people waiting besides me. They had been waiting for even longer. The manager had zero regard and was sitting on her phone talking about what was happening. But, what do you expect from McDonalds??♀️

Terrible customer service, I was waiting 26 minutes for my food, all the customers were very upset. This doesn't usually happen at McDonald's.

Waited in drive thru for 1 hr and 20 minutes. Was forgot about. Never got my drink. Sat in waiting spot for 40 minutes before someone brought me food and forgot the drink. Contacted customer service and they never responded and still hasn't made up for the situation. Do not go to this location.

I get my MOCHA FRAPPE FROM THIS MCDS & There DRIVE THRU cashiers are kind,friendly & there's one ,I wish I remembered her name but she has colored hair and She is ALWAYS SMILING & HAPPY ? ,WISH more people in the Food industry was like her OUR FAVORITE MCDS ? ????

Hands down one of the worst dining experiences of my life. It took 45 min to get our order. They had no idea it was even missing. Not a single item we received had been cooked in the last two hours at least. The burgers were actually burned. The buns were even rubbery. The fries were room temperature and had the consistency as though they could have possibly been made yesterday. The staff is unhappy and unresponsive. They are rude back to the customers when they bring up their dissatisfaction. The buzz throughout the 10-15 groups of people waiting on food was very clear. Someone even brought up the increased prices, the wage the workers expect to be paid these days and the overall experience. Luckily their were a lot of kids at the playland which got us through a very disappointing seventh birthday for a kid who has always been your fan. Goodbye McSick. We won't be back.

This location discriminates against women in the drive through! We waited forever to order our food while car after car went through the other drive through lane. Finally we moved over to that line and one car with a woman driver was sitting there getting no service just like us. Then we watched car after car go through the lane we just left. Every car that got served had a man driver while the women were completely ignored.Finally, we took our business elsewhere after it became so apparent that this treatment and discrimination was truly deliberate.

SLOW. 45 minutes to get our food. They had no clue what was going on. People asking for refunds, standing around forever, and then the employees act like we’re bothering them?? Like how does it take 45 minutes to get a couple cheeseburgers?

Waited over 40 minutes for food. Communication between staff is very poor and reflects badly on the business. Not to mention the manager dropping the f bomb several times at employees.

Very very slow service. They were polite but 12 minutes for a big breakfast and coffee is nuts. Typical fast food flavor, nothing special. This is our local Mc d's so we get this regularly. Just don't be in a hurry.Parking: Don't bring a trailer. If you do you have to park across the street and walk.

I went to this restaurant after spending all day in a primary care.And then an emergency room with my newborn two year old and five year olld.I simply order 2 happy meals and 2 milkshakas.I'm making my order.The lady can't hear anything.I'm saying because the microphone is actually broken or not working properly. After finally getting my order right I go up and I pay and I receive my food immediately.I decided to stop and check the food.And the fries were hard and cold and old.The chicken nuggets were partially cooked and the batter falling off of them.I pull back around and went inside and told the girl at the counter and she politely looked at me and rolled her eyes as she rolled her eyes.I took some French fries and I tested her on her arm.I said so how cold it says these are my babies.I said could you at least give us fresh fries. She takes the bags and then she goes to the back. I go outside. I wait a while I re-enter as I re-enter. This little short African American manager, would I'm sure what braids or dreads or whatever it is said. Approaches me and ask me. Did I rub food on an employee? And I said no I didn't. I simply asked her. Were they defillum and see how cold they were, as well as the other people in the building agree with what I had just said.I simply touched her on her arm and said feel how cold that is. The manager proceeded to tell me If I had touched her that we was gonna have a problem. Like he really threatened to beat me up.Okay. I don't Think there's enough space on this post For me to say what I said to this young man. But I won't be going back to that mcdonald's anytime soon!
