Bad my property got damaged in view of there camera had them check the footage and they said no one had damaged it and seen nothing i have seen cameras rolling something is rong here

Staff is awesome! The only issue is that access to the storage is only between 0800-2000.

This facility is only 2 miles from my house, and easy to get to. Exterior areas are usually well maintained.

Be careful with this company (Lake City Mini Storage). The "office manager" (Joe) told me that if I swept out the three units that I had rented and reported to him when they were all empty that I would not be charged for an additional month. All 3 were emptied and swept clean on a long Saturday. When finished I went to his office to confirn I was finished and again was assured there would be no additional charges. Several days later I found that my credit card had been charged an additional month for one of the units. I called Joe and was basically told - to bad, "its already been billed and I can't do anything about it". I've been cheated out of $101.18! * Don't use their automatic crecit card billing, you have no recourse!!

Not only are rats extremely prevalent but apparently a string of burglaries too. I wouldnt store a bag of dirt there especially with the extremely rude woman who works there. Take your business elsewhere
