Horrible customer service
don't recommend to anyone because they won't do anything you ask them for they will tell you to go home put it on a flash drive lol
and then bring it into them " sure "
they won't edit or print anything you asked for they say you have to do it yourself
self printing crazy ‼️ for that I will buy a printer and do it at my house ‼️
Office Depot is a complete waste of time

Ppl who works here are awesome but self printing is hassle ,outdated machines ,won't sign in to to your accounts ,constantly paperjams !!

Stopped in just before closing for some green ink pens. They had green ink pens! And there was a sale so I got some black pens along with some pencils, also. Very helpful staff! Thanks!

This office max sucks. The lady working at the printing counter at 11:45 am should find a job not working with people. She’s rude and doesn’t want to help their customers.

Steven,Please return Service back to Customers. I can’t believe Office Depot would have Customers make their own Copies and print Emails when Office Depot should welcome Customers to not have the hassle of waiting for assistance..Also, I had the pleasure of coming in and doing business locally but this self serve approach will shortened my visits!! This is Tax Season and it’s a bad time to implement!!

Veterans' discounts depend on the mood of the cashier and manager. I visited the Valdosta store on Saturday to print out some color copies. The bill was $29.00. I asked for the veteran's discount, and, apparently the cashier did not know which code to use. He called over to a lady manager who said "we aren't giving discounts today". Not to leave it alone, I asked the manager why not. She came over with a terrible attitude and stated again that Office Max had not been giving discounts all week for some reason. I stated that I had the exact same color prints done the day before and received the discount and again asked why not today. She stated that she did not know why not. No attempt to find a solution to the cash register not accepting the proper code or anything. I have to purchase prints from Office Max, but I will go to Best Buy for electronic and office items from now on.

The young lady at the service desk was very efficient at her job. She completed my task in a couple of hours so I could pick it up without making a special trip back. I am very satisfied with the quality of the product. Thank you.
