Well I want to tell everybody Mr. Jon Jackson that represents Remax in Lake City has gone beyond the call of duty while on Christmas vacation he responded to a phone call of mine immediately assist me and all my needs wasn’t worried about his vacation but more concerned about helping me in my search and I want to thank him and Remax for hiring such a wonderful individual

I would not recommend this Real Estate company to anyone or Lake City Title Company. The worst companies to deal with. I wouldn't recommend them selling dog houses either.

My fiancé & I applied for a house through Remax. The realtor reassured us that everything would be ready for us to sign by Tuesday. Not only did they change the date, they also wanted us to switch our electricity BEFORE signing the lease. My fiancé & our child all were sick with a stomach bug or food poisoning & asked if we could sign the lease within the next 2 days. The realtor later contacted us to tell us the “owner” decided to go with someone else. Waste of time & money. We had already planned in advance to have a moving company come to move our items & have someone else come take over our current lease with someone else. Bad business. Would not refer them to anyone.The realtor actually said the owner had went with someone that he chose. So that makes me wonder if they were giving us the run around because the “owner” already had chosen someone to begin with. Very unprofessional.

Agent Heather Craig is the most professional, thoughtful agent I’ve ever worked with.
