There is not enough housewares or home decor items. Store is very small. The line usually gets too long to wait in, and they don't provide an additional cashier when needed. Still better prices then anywhere else in L.C.

I wish I could give them a negative. I’m truly not one to complain but when a mom of 2 young children coming here by herself (one in a car seat) and you can’t take the buggy’s out so you came with your own and they said I can’t be in the store when you clearly see my 3 month old sitting in his car seat on top of the buggy. I honestly wouldn’t have said a word and I will never walk into another Ross again because of this.

Not a huge store inside but mostly clothes and hygiene products. We did find some rugs and bedding products and snacks on the way out. Parking can get tough but it's mall style parking lot. Friendly employees.

Wish I could rate them 0. Went in today looking for work pants and the bleach blond cashier was horrible. She refused the woman in front of me on a return which is fine, whatever, then asked me if I found everything ok. I told her I hadn't been in for a while and was shocked at how few clothes there were and she says "What do you mean? This place is packed with clothes?" It's not, they have reduced their clothing by half but that isn't even the issue. She then proceeded to get on her radio while I'm paying and tell someone else that the "laugh of the day" was the woman before me trying to return, "grungy, nasty,3 year old bras"... That's so unprofessional. I've worked customer service for 20 years.. That's the last dime they'll get from me.

It's a bit picked over and unorganized but if you don't mind digging for prices and deals, it isn't a bad store for name brands discounted. I got some good shampoo and conditioner for super cheap

I had never been into Ross before and I had so many people telling me about it and recommended I go check it out and I'm so glad I did! They have a great selection on clothes and many other things but I finally got to go shopping for myself, and I'll definitely be back to Ross to pick out some more cute clothes!

I was surprised at this store. I use to work at a Ross & when customers asked to remove to he screaming devices we did NOT follow them around, at this store the Mgr asked the employee to take off the screamer & then follow me to the shoe dept. Very low class service. Won't be going to this store anymore.
